This beautiful Second floor (top) fully furnished, very clean 1 bedroom/1 bath condo with its own private entry is nicely decorated and perfect for a getaway vacation. This property is very well equipped for a family of 4, featuring a King bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable Queen sofa -bed in the living room. In the condo, you will find a dishwasher, a full-size washer/dryer, microwave, ironing board & iron and 2 Flat-screen TV ( bedroom and living room). Amenities include 24 h fitness center, clubhouse, a business center with WIFI Internet access, parking and heated pool just steps away from your condo! Unlimited calls to Canada and the USA and high-speed internet are included in the rental. A welcome pack including laundry detergent and fabric softener, dish soap, dryer sheets, one kitchen sponge, one body sponge, and hand soap in startup version is supplied. Also two beach chairs, one umbrella and a cooler are waiting for you to go to the beach :) ! Just renovated the kitchen with new cabinets and beautiful granite counters! YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

PS : If there is just one thing that we learned in the past year is : the necessity of Travel INSURANCE
We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance before your arrival. Your insurance should cover acts of god ( hurricane, etc.), and all other issues that may affect your trip : loosing your flight/flight connection, getting sick before your departure or during your stay, etc. Your vacation is the joyful moment of the year , do not spoil it :) !

It was perfect for our getaway trip. Nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and everything you could need. Especially thankful for the beach gear! The complex is quiet and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Little getaway

Had a great stay, unit is exactly as shown and perfect for a couple. Screened balcony, easy check in. Quick responses to inquiries, detailed, easy to follow instructions. Abe's restaurant is conveniently located, 1 minute walk from unit plus grocery store accross the road. Great kitchen appliances for making your own meals if preferred. Heated pool, 10 minute drive to Clearwater beach. We will definitely rebook when heading back to Florida!

Perfect in every way

This was an excellent experience. This property is just as advertised, very comfortable, with all amenities needed for a long or short term stay. The setting is peaceful close to parking and pool area and thoughtfully planned out, has everything you will need including washer dryer. You will not be disappointed, would rent again. Host was fantastic! Location is very nice close to restaurants and grocery location. The gated entrance is nice as offers a bit more security. We have rented Many places to stay over the years and this one far exceeded the rest. Would recommend.

Condo Needs Better Bed, Pillows & Plumbing Repaired

The king bed is hard; the 8 pillows are made of something that is filled with air. The plumbing rattles, Cannot use bathroom sink and shower at the same time. Dryer does not dry clothes properly (vent on dryer was cleaned after each use and during drying cycle); however, it did not resolve the problem. Location was minutes away from restaurants and beaches. Convenient to grocery store. Pool was enjoyable.

Hi Allen, We are so sorry that we were not as expected... We do understand that not everyone likes a medium-hard mattress ... we had only positive feedback and we personally enjoy this type of mattress.... As for the pillows, (we put 8 for the guest's comfort )they are all encased in high quality, hotel collection encasements. If we open the zipper, all air will be left out and the pillows will become really flat.... Our cleaning lady is washing them in between guests and when she puts them back it may remain air in the encasement. We are very surprised by the plumbing situation: And also by the fact that no mention of anything was done during the stay.... We have all infrastructure in place in order to fix problems as soon as they appear. This is why our guests have our phone number and we are available almost 24 hours/day for urgent situations. We always encourage our guests to reach out to us for everything they need. We are always aiming for 100% guest satisfaction and cleanliness is our priority. We are sorry that you didn't reach out to us.... we live in the same complex and we answer extremely fast. We can't fix what we don't know.... Hope that Clearwater was enjoyable and to see you back in our beautiful city.

Winter Getaway

My wife and I really enjoyed our winter getaway. This property is really nice and was very clean upon arrival. . Bed is very comfortable, shower has a big head with plenty of hot water, and the kitchen is small but very functional. I also liked the screened-in porch and key-lock entry was a breeze. The pool is also terrific -- warm water. My only issue had more to do with the property. It is a gated community which is nice but the area surrounding is mostly commercial on a busy street. If you are a walker you are mostly stuck with circling the complex parking area which surrounds the buildings. Secondly, the pool deck area is pretty tight relative to the number of occupants. You need to get there by 10:30-11 am if you want a lounge chair. That all said we would definitely come back and stay here.
