Dieses neu renovierte Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer befindet sich in Avalon im Clearwater Condo Complex und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen (1 Queensize-Bett + 1 Queensize-Schlafsofa mit Memory Foam-Matratze). Alle Möbel sind neu, einschließlich der Veranda für die überdachte Terrasse. Dort finden Sie auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.

Cute place in a great location

This well stocked condo was the perfect place for our 6 night stay in Clearwater. We very much appreciated having all the necessary items such as laundry detergent, hand soap, dish and dishwasher detergent etc…The bed was comfortable and the linens provided were great! The kitchen table was nice for our game time and the sofa was comfortable. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool or screened in patio. This is a great place for 2!

I loved the unit’s layout, decor, easy access to the pool, and helpful host, Catinca. The front gates were closed well before 9:00 one evening while I was walking the premises, which left me stranded until a I got assistance from a security man. Another time the gates closed during the daytime. Hope they have been repaired.

Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to share your positive feedback Margaret! Please note that you should not have been stranded outside of the complex regardless of the day and time since we provided you with the passcode for the gates prior to your check in and the access card made available to you inside the condo. We have no control over the window of time the Avalon management and security lock and unlock the gates, however we provide all of our guests with two secure ways of accessing the property at all times: passcode and access card. Hope this information will help as a future reference in the event you will decide to return as a guest in the Avalon complex again.
