MONARCH PINES is located on a quiet street with great access. Plenty of parking at this property with flat level land. The driveway leads up to the large porch of this bright open concept cottage. The beautiful newer lake facing deck boasts plenty of outdoor furniture for lounging. Steps and a lighted path lead you down to a fire pit area to enjoy an evening of smores. Further down the path is a flat area with picnic table seating and then on to a solid dock with swim ladder and deep water off the end for fishing and swimming!
