This beautiful townhome has a stylish, modern décor throughout. Highlights include a private dip pool with attractive water views and comfortable lounge seating, a large balcony and three stylish bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and Smart TVs, plus stylish wood floors and tile floors throughout.

The first/ground floor has an open-plan layout with a kitchen, dining area, lounge leading out to the pool deck and a queen bedroom with en suite bathroom.

The open-plan living area has a large 70-inch Smart TV, sofa, armchairs, sliding doors to the pool deck and a ceiling fan.

The modern open-plan kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast area with bar stools. The kitchen has everything you need to dine at home, including a dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, fridge freezer, blender, coffee maker, kettle etc, dishes, utensils etc.

The formal dining area is conveniently located next to the kitchen.

Also on the ground level you will find an attractive queen bedroom with a Smart TV (Roku) and direct access to a bathroom with a large shower, sink and toilet.

All three bedrooms have Smart TVs with Roku. On the upper level you will find the attractive primary suite with a king bed, walk-in wardrobe and a private balcony with water views and seating - it's the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine! The en suite bathroom is spacious with twin sinks, a shower and WC.

The third bedroom has a fun Star Wars theme with twin beds, a Smart TV and a walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a tub/shower, sink and toilet.

After a long day at the attractions, you will love heading home to enjoy your own private dip pool! The screened-in pool deck has attractive views over a pond. There is a shaded area with dining table and chairs for outdoor dining, a comfortable lounge seating set plus two sun loungers.

The dip pool (not a full-size pool) has a pool security fence and can be heated (pre-bookable extra).

Upstairs you will find a laundry closet with a washer, dryer plus ironing equipment. This home also has air conditioning throughout, Wifi and free local calls. There is complimentary use of a highchair and travel cot (pack and play). There is an assigned parking space in front of the property, plus you can park in any unnumbered space on the community.

You also have complimentary access to the clubhouse including beautiful pool, jacuzzi, gym, games room and kids' play area.

Serenity is in a great location off the US Hwy 27 and next to US Hwy 192. Conveniently located 10 miles to Disney, with golf, shopping and restaurants close by. There is also a 24-hour Wal Mart supermarket just a couple of minutes away. Orlando International Airport is 30 miles.

PLEASE NOTE - There is construction on the next phase of the community progressing on the other side of the road to this home (front of the home). There will be some noise from the work during the day. The homes pool area and water view is on the rear of the home and is away from the construction. For those looking for a base to explore the area and not spending much time at the home during the day, this is a great opportunity to stay in a fantastic home at a discounted rate.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
All our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge to help you on your first night that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 small soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 3 kitchen trash bags and 1 bag per small bedroom bin and 1 laundry detergent tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility to bring with them/purchase locally. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, toiletries or cleaning products.

LOCAL AND STATE RULES GUESTS ACCEPT WHEN BOOKING THIS HOME:
1. The maximum occupancy of the home is stated in the property listing and house rules and MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME. Strictly no events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
2. Only Guests who are included in the reservation are authorized to stay in the home. No external visits from friends or family are allowed even if this is below the maximum occupancy.
3. Resort and community facilities associated with the home are owned and operated by the HOA, any limits or closures are beyond our control.
4. PLEASE NOTE - There is construction on the next phase of the community progressing on the other side of the road to this home (front of the home). There will be some noise from the work during the day. The homes pool area and water view is on the rear of the home and is away from the construction. For those looking for a base to explore the area and not spending much time at the home during the day, this is a great opportunity to stay in a fantastic home at a discounted rate.
4. Sorry but this home is not suitable for student groups under the average age of 25.
5. No parties, gatherings or events are allowed.

POOL HEAT OPTION:
POOL HEATING IS OPTIONAL AND THE CHARGE IS $35 PER NIGHT plus tax. MINIMUM CHARGE OF 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. Please book pool heat before your arrival. If you request pool heat after you have arrived, please note that it takes a full day to get to temperature and there is an additional $20 call out to come to the home and switch the pool heat on.

Pool heating is set to 87 degrees (please note, this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural temperature in the 60s). Temperatures cannot be set higher due to sanitary regulations.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for failure of the pool heating equipment or issues caused by weather conditions. During the winter months when temperatures are in the 50s and below, this will affect the ability of the pool heaters to keep the pool to temperature.

All electric pool heaters have a safety ‘shut off’ to protect against freezing when the outside temperature is in the low 50’s. The heaters will not operate until the outside temperature rises above 52 degrees. This is not a fault with the machine, they are designed like this to stop them from freezing up.

Guests will still be charged for the pool heat, as the pool heaters will be running, so it is down to the guest to decide if they then wish to cancel their remaining days of pool heat use – we must be notified if they wish for us to switch it off. Refunds will be given on any unused days of pool heat and by booking pool heat the guests agree that no compensation will be given due to faulty pool heaters or bad/cold weather.

We suggest guests check the weather forecast for temperatures before their upcoming stay and then cancel pool heat accordingly if they feel it will be too cold.

Disney Family Vacation 2022
The house was great. I was able to have anything I needed in one place. Being able to have laundry was a big help and the location is just minutes from many stores and gas stations. The view of the pond from the master bedroom deck was very peaceful in the mornings. One complaint is that I was really looking forward to using the clubhouse hot tub, but it was never really warm or working. The drive into the parks wasn't bad however coming home at night once parks closed was a little longer than I would have liked, sometimes 40+ minutes. Overall we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. Next time we will most likely stay closer to Orlando.
