We propose to you with the hiring, in Aubenas, this charming air-conditioned apartment of a surface of 50 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), sofa and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

Exterior:
- A small balcony, there is no room to go out or put furniture.

The apartment is ideally located in Aubenas, in a very pleasant environment 30 meters from the most animated main square. You will be in the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market (Every Saturday morning, on the place du Château, is held a market of local products high in colors and flavors)...

Activities :
Located in the center of the old town of Aubenas is the Castle of Montraul, jewel among the civil buildings of the Ardeche, classified as a historical monument, where six lordly families lived from the 12th century to the revolutionary period. Covered with glazed tiles, flanked by watchtowers and two round pepperpots, mullioned windows, and furnished with a Renaissance courtyard, the castle of Aubenas also presents a rich collection of paintings, sculptures and prints.
- Tourist sites : Balazuc : architectural wealth of one of the most beautiful villages in France, the Ibie valley, the Ardéche gorges (natural reserve), the Chauvet cave (mineral origins and human origins), vals and its thermalism...
- Sporting activities : Cycling and the Ardéchoise, canyoning in the Besorgues valley, canoeing and kayaking in Vallon-Pont- d'arc, the Barutel : the joys of swimming and fishing...
- Cultural visits : Speleology in the Orgnac cave, visits of castles (Alba, Vogüé, Aubenas)...
- Events : Aluna festival in Ruoms, festival of Alba-la-Romaine...

- You can park near the apartment.
- Nearest train station: Montélimar train station located about 45 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Valence Chabeuil airport located at about 1h10 by car.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future travelers. Thank you for leaving the accommodation in a correct state of cleanliness: refrigerators and garbage cans empty, dishes tidied up etc..
- Free Wifi available (optical fiber).
- Animals are allowed in the accommodation for free. Only one pet allowed per stay.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated hours is subject to availability of the person in charge of the reception. An additional fee may be requested.
