I would recommend this rental home. It is kept in a nice condition and is located in a central area for the Narragansett area. Family friendly and host keeps in contact with you to see if anything further is needed. Highly recommend.

Third time at 70 Beach Plum and it was great as always. Small, immaculate with everything you need. Great outdoor shower, and seating around a fire pit. Jared is very responsive and accommodating. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything.

Great stay! So easy and fun!

We love the Narraganset area, it's so family friendly and accessible for many things. This was such a great rental for our family to do everything, and closely located to all the activities we wanted to do. Check-in/out was so easy, everything on the property was so well maintained, extremely clean and stocked for everything you need, and the owner was responsive to any questions within minutes. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Wonderful stay in beautiful location

My in-laws had a great stay at this property! We needed some flexibility with dates and the hosts were very accommodating. Check in was easy and came with a welcome packet. The cottage is small but modern and immaculately kept. Great outdoor shower and nice lawn with fire pit. The neighborhood is beautiful and a short walk to a pretty marina. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed here for a week at the end of June. The cottage was immaculate. The host thought of everything we could possibly need for our stay. The location was quiet and convenient to beaches. I loved sitting outside in the Adirondack chairs reading after time at the beach. The outdoor shower was another highlight. We are looking forward to a return visit.

This lovely cottage was perfect for our small family for our first visit to RI! We loved the picturesque Harbour Island neighborhood and the central location with easy access to the beaches as well as sightseeing in Providence, Newport, and Block Island. The house was super clean, nicely updated, and well appointed; we appreciated the thoughtful amenities like a welcome gift, kcups with sugar and creamer, condiments, household supplies, etc. Jared was an attentive host with excellent communication throughout the stay. Stayed here with my sister while we visited my nephew who was staying in Rhode Island for the summer. Very quiet neighborhood. 15 minutes from any location in the beach area, so very convenient. House was super clean and perfect for the two of us. Much better than staying in a hotel! Hosts were quick to respond if we had a question. Great stay!

Holiday Weekend Getaway

Clean, modern cottage in a quiet neighborhood

Our family gathered in the area for a beach vacation. The cottage was very clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. We loved that there were beach chairs, beach mats, and beach towels for us to use. Our grandson loved walking down to the little harbor through a quiet and safe neighborhood. We would love to come back next year!
