Charming studio apartment - La Gentilhommière (PB)

The property consists of 3 studios. This spacious studio is located on the first floor with a private bathroom equipped with a shower (hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, bath towels, and pool towels provided). The accommodation is accessed via a separate entrance. You can enjoy your meals on the large wooden terrace overlooking the garden, with a magnificent and breathtaking view of the surrounding meadows and hills. The external stairs lead you to the garden, where you will find sun loungers and a barbecue (provided free of charge upon request). The other two studios are located, one on the ground floor, and the other on the same floor on the other side of the building.
The access to the swimming pool, sauna, and gym is both from inside the building and through the garden.
The common laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and dryer, is located on the ground floor of the building. You can access it anytime from the back of the building.
Dogs are accepted on the condition that they do not bark and do not disturb the peace of other travelers. They should not be left alone in the studio in the absence of their owners to avoid any barking.
