The bedroom has a double bed lined with complimentary hotel-quality bed sheets and linens, and air-conditioning throughout the apartment ensures a pleasant sleep.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including a shower and toilet. Clean towels, complimentary toiletries, and a hair dryer will be provided for your convenience.

Note: Check-in after 23:00 and check-out before 07:00 will be charged €20, to be paid in cash to the welcomer. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
