Le Vaulérault offers a spacious and bright 60 m² living area, ideally arranged with a functional and fully equipped open kitchen. The combination of wood and white brings elegance to this kitchen, inviting you to prepare delicious meals for your group. The dining area features a large table that can accommodate 8 people. The living area offers a warm and relaxing ambiance with its blue sofa and rattan chairs. This living space opens directly onto the outside and the terrace, offering a magnificent view of the sea.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have private bathrooms: on the ground floor is a master suite with a zen and refined decoration conducive to relaxation. Equipped with a queen size bed (160x200), it enjoys a sea view and direct access to the terrace. It has a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and integrated WC. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with a sober and chic decoration, all equipped with storage and two with en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200) and sea view also offers a cozy space under the eaves where you will find a small table and 2 chairs. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower. The second bedroom with a single bed (90x190) is ideal for a child. The last bedroom, with a sea view, offers 3 beds (3 beds 90x200) and a desk area. It also has a private bathroom with shower and integrated WC. The beds will be made upon your arrival. The bedrooms do not have shutters but blackout curtains. Two independent WCs complete the sanitary facilities: one on the ground floor and one upstairs.

• The house is located in a particularly quiet residential area, so we ask you to limit noise as much as possible, especially after 10 PM. To respect the neighbors' tranquility, parties are strictly prohibited.
• It is strictly forbidden to charge your car.
• The house does not have shutters, only blackout curtains, even in the bedrooms.
• Camping cars are not allowed to park inside the Le Vaulérault subdivision or within the property.
• Camping in the garden of your rental is prohibited.
