On the ground floor, the front door opens onto an open-plan dining room and kitchen. From the kitchen, a door leads to a very spacious covered balcony equipped with a dining table, lounging area and charcoal barbecue. Behind the dining room, a stone archway leads to a large lounge with a pool table.

On this level you will also find a laundry room, a bathroom with toilet and a twin bedroom.

From the living room, a large wooden staircase leads to the first-floor mezzanine, where there are two double bedrooms, each with a spacious en suite bathroom.

Outside, the pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols, perfect for relaxing by the pool.

All in all a good sized property offering very comfortable accommodation and furnished to a high standard. Its central location makes it ideal for discovering the many delights of the Périgord.
