Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Plédéliac, this charming house with swimming pool, of a surface of 330 m ² and being able to accomodate until 10 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 32 m², equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 3200 m². We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 32 m² with a sofa and armchair, TV, Wifi
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Room 1: a king-size bed (180×200), a sink and a shower.
- Two separate toilets.

On the first floor:
- A mezzanine with a sofa bed (double), above the living room.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed
- Room 3: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Room 4: two single beds that can be combined to form a double bed.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

The garage has been transformed into a game room to enjoy the kicker, Ping-Pong table, billiards and darts.

For even more comfort : barbecue, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A private, heated indoor swimming pool measuring 10x3.5x1.35m. Open from mid-April to the end of September.
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. The pool cover may also be opened depending on the weather. Pool cover to be installed at the end of each day. Pool secured by two doors with lock and handle at height (child safety).
- A beautiful private garden of 3200 m² fenced and secured with garden furniture available. Beautiful view on a meadow of 1 hectare.
- A veranda terrace of 35 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- Two terraces on the other side of the veranda.

The house is ideally located in Plédéliac, in a very quiet residential area. You can enjoy the calm of the countryside, while being only 20 km from the sea! You will be close to a butcher, baker, bar/tabac (working lunch at noon) and convenience store (5min walk). Close to the Leclerc (10min by car).

Breton commune of 1487 inhabitants in the heart of the Côtes d'Armor Plédéliac is part of the community "Lamballe Terre et Mer", attached to the Pays de Saint-Brieuc. Forest in Plédéliac, ideal for walking or cycling.

- Sheets and towels included
- Cleaning between stays and change of linen required for stays of more than 15 days.
- Pool towels are not available.
- For bicycles, there is a possibility to place them outside on a rack provided for this purpose or in the chalet at the bottom of the secured garden.
- The house is equipped on the first floor and the first floor with motorized shutters on the frames (except: kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and entrance door).
- The land is secured by two gates.
- Free Wifi available.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cot, car seat, can be lent free of charge by the concierge.
- Bicycle hire, possibility of shopping prior to arrival (see concierge for details and payment on site).
- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are not contractual.
- Two exterior lights with video optics have been installed, one towards the exterior gate and the other towards the parking lot, mainly used to detect people and vehicles and switch on the lighting.
