Total tranquility between "city & countryside", both close to Chalon-sur-Saône and its amenities, as well as the gentle surrounding hilly wine-growing countryside, combining vast wild forests, meadows, fields of crops & bucolic vineyards, including the famous nearby "Val d'Or" (sublime vineyard of Mercurey, one of the oldest AOC in France) or the splendid valley of Vaux ("little Switzerland Chalonnaise").
