Dieses atemberaubende Haus am Seeufer befindet sich nur 200 m vom Norome Resort / Villas @ Apoyo entfernt (auf einer asphaltierten Straße) und wurde nach US-amerikanischen Standards erbaut. Entspannen Sie im Infinity-Pool und genießen Sie den Blick auf den schlafenden Vulkan Mambacho oder schwimmen Sie im nahe gelegenen See, wo Sie heiße Thermik finden. Wenn Sie mehr Aktivität bevorzugen, können Sie Hobie Cats und Kayaks im nahe gelegenen Resort ausleihen. Als zusätzliche Option können wir vor Ort Massagen auf der ruhigen Außenterrasse mit Wellen am Seeufer als Hintergrund arrangieren. Vor-Ort-Privatunterricht für Spanisch kann von einem örtlichen professionellen Lehrer und einem Freund der Familie arrangiert werden. Dies ist wirklich eine private Ferienoase mit über einem Hektar professionell angelegten Grundstück mit natürlicher Flora, Rasen und Gärten! Casa de Sol bietet Ihnen ein Höchstmaß an Privatsphäre und Entspannung ... Einfacher Zugang über gemauerte Straßen, Eingangstor mit 24-Stunden-Sicherheit.

Im Obergeschoss befindet sich eine Master-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett, Badewanne für zwei Personen mit Regendusche. Die anderen 4 Schlafzimmer sind "Jack & Jill" Konfigurationen (2 Schlafzimmer mit Bad in der Mitte). Alle Schlafzimmer haben einen eigenen Balkon, Klimaanlage und heißes Wasser. Das Haus verfügt über Badetücher, Seifen, heißes Wasser und hochwertige Bettwäsche.

Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine moderne Küche mit Gasherd und Backofen, Hartholzinsel, Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Wasserkühler und allen Utensilien. Auch zum Kochen steht ein großer Gasgrill zur Verfügung. Der große Esstisch mit Stühlen bietet bequem Platz für 10-12 Personen. Es gibt eine ½ Badewanne im Wohnzimmer und eine ½ Badewanne am Pool.

Der tägliche Reinigungsservice ist im Preis inbegriffen. Auf Anfrage erhalten Sie einen optionalen Wäscheservice, einen persönlichen Koch und privaten Spanischunterricht. Unser zweisprachiger Hausverwalter ist vor Ort, um Ihnen bei allen anderen Details behilflich zu sein, um Ihnen ein fabelhaftes Erlebnis zu garantieren. In Vorbereitung auf Ihren Besuch können wir Ihnen mit einer Karte und Fahranweisungen, einem Mietwagen, einem Auto / Van und einem Fahrer, einem Reiseleiter, Tagesausflügen, Ausflügen in die Natur und anderen Anweisungen behilflich sein, die Sie benötigen.

Gorgeous

We stayed 8 days and will definitely return. Beautiful pool, house, property, lagoon for swimming, and surrounded by natural beauty. We met the owners twice and they were very friendly. They even had an anniversary cake delivered for my wife’s sister’s anniversary mid week. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We must have spent 3 hours EVERY day in that pool :-) Absolutely wonderful experience!

Second time here absolutely love it

We have stayed at Casa Sol before and think it’s amazing! Pool and lake view is gorgeous and outdoor space so relaxing. Home is spacious and comfortable and more than enough room for our family and friends. Quiet and peaceful but not too far from restaurants and activities. Cannot wait to go back and spend more time!!

Heaven on Earth

Words can't describe the beauty of this place. The location is one of a kind setting on the shores of quator lake. From this location you can go to many other areas of interest in Nicaragua. The security staff here was friendly and very attentive. They did our laundry, Vegeta scrub, and clean her car and went and got us gas we couldn't be happier.

Great family getaway!

We spent the weekend at Tamara's place with a big group consisting of 3 families. There was something for everyone and so many places to hang out and relax. The pictures don't do it justice. Tamara was a very attentive host, and she also had a property manager who was available when we needed. We are looking forward to coming back again. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wish I could have stayed longer!

We had a party of 10. No complaints, property was amazing, breathtaking views and wonderful staff. Pool was great! We used the kayaks and went for a swim in the lagoon, staff was very helpful during the stay. Recommend 4x4 vehicles only as it can be a climb just getting out of the area and the man charging to get into the area-he charges each time you leave and come back but he is not tied to the property at all just an FYI. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely come back.

Perfect spot for a big group

The house was beautiful, three of the four rooms with an amazing view. It was very quiet and peaceful. There were many areas to spend time together as a group. there are lots of stairs though so be prepared to have some exercise. When the power went out, which can happen, there was a backup generator. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook. It surpassed our expectations. We will definitely visit again.

Best place to stay at in Laguna de Apoyo!

I've lived in Nicaragua for several years and was lucky enough to get invited to stay here. My family and i we're amazed that the description of the property matched its profile. The house is lovely and spacious. The bedrooms are comfortable and have AC, the dining room and kitchen include everything you need to cook. The side patio includes comfortable a sofa, chairs, table, and hammocks. The house overlooks laguna de apoyo, has a great pool area, and hotsprings!! Book this house!

Another Wonderful Visit to Casa de Sol

Thank you to Tamara and all the staff for another restful visit at Casa de Sol. Take a look at the photos, that's exactly what you'll see. We were four adults, ages mid 40's to 60's. So many places to be alone or together. Very quiet and peaceful. The house and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. I don't know when, but we'll be back!

Picturesque & Peaceful

It was a wonderful vacation with all the R&R you will ever need. The people take pride in caring for the house just as they should since it was amazing and a lot of work went into making it so. It has everything you will need. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. Let's not forget the Lagoon and the closeness to it was breathtaking. Having it all at our fingertips, including a swimming pool with children's floaties was an added touch. I highly recommend it.

My weekend stay at Casa de Sol was truly amazing. The whole experience from reserving, to planning and making accommodations was pleasant. My stay was nothing short of incredible. The house was beautiful, filled with many details that made the experience even more enjoyable. The grounds and pool were exquisite, a true paradise. It was accessible, well taken care of, and we wanted for nothing. On top of everything those working the property were a joy to be around. Better than expected

In the last years, we have rented accommodations in Rivas, Ometepe, SAN Juan del Sur and Montelimar however, none of them come even close to this property, the owners attention to details and the people that take care of the property and the guest. The cleanest property by far. We also had the good fortune of having Rita cook our meals( extra). Not only was the food delicious but it gave us the opportunity to enjoy our time at “ Casa del Sol” without worrying about the preparation of our meals. Lastly, we all enjoyed our stay so much that we recommend this place 100%

Fantastic property for family or friends!

We made a brief stay (far too brief and we'd like to come back soon) at Casa Del Sol during a two week trip in Nicaragua. This is a fantastic property with private security, excellent amenities and view. The lake is great, wonderful to sit on the two/three levels on the water and have to choose "pool? lake? hot springs spot?". It's a bit nicer than most 'adventure vacation' properties, but a good location to get to Lake Managua, the coast, Granada, etc. We would love to come back next year and spend more time at Casa Del Sol... it was a wonderful place, the owners were great and it was nice to have extra security in a 'remoter' location on the lake.

Extremely breathtaking

I planned A vacation with my family on August 14 till the 21st. Since our arrival the host Kenia and staff Made my family and myself welcomed. Kenya was so wonderful and she took her time to explain and walk us through the whole house. The house is breathtaking and it was so clean. All I can say is that I would definitely and most likely referring this place to any family and friends that I have to let them know that they would enjoy their time in this beautiful place. Casa del sol was a relaxing and peaceful place to wake up in the morning. I could just keep going on how my experience was in such a beautiful y. The place was incredible beautiful! The space to host for my family to come and visit was just perfect ! One thing / advise: when you check in, please count every single cup, utensils, and plates, because if there is one missing @ checkout, they will charge you for it. They charge you $10 for the additional people coming to stay with you during the day, not sure if that’s a thing or what, but I paid extra. You need a 4X4 vehicle, so please no matter where you rent, make sure you have your right vehicle! Other than that, the house is very beautiful! And we all loved it !

I am so grateful for to have found this spot. The host were very warming and nice. I was looking for a place to stay last minute due to another property faild to come thru. I was looking for a place around 1am in Nicaragua. I thought to myself it’s 1am, and we may have to wait to the morning or next day to get a response. I want the message and Tamara responded and made magic happen for me and my family. She got us checked in that morning as. Saved the trip for all is! I can’t believed she answered at that time. We arrived later that day and I am not gonna lie… I was shocked! My mouth was wide open fromThe gate opening with a security guard who is on premises 24/7, but the property was immaculate! My whole family was in love with everything. The house was amazing but eh surrounding area on the property was gorgeous. A pool with a view, the lake was beautiful and it had hot natural spring water thermo spots. The service top rated and you have to comeCheck this spot out. Simply Perfect!

This is hands down one of the best rental homes in Nicaragua. It offers amazing views of the lagoon in a very private and serene setting. You also have 2 waterfront restaurants within walking distance. Day trips to Granada and Masaya are only 1/2 hour away. The house itself offers very high end finishes, very comfortable beds and cold ac in the bedrooms. The natural infinity pool is a dream overlooking the lagoon. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The only logistics you have to consider is to do a complete grocery shopping trip before arrival, as supplies are very limited in the immediate vicinity. All in all, this property, amenities and location are 5 stars! Thank you to the owner and staff for the amazing hospitality...we will be back! Carmen B. And Family

It was a wonderful experience at Casa del Sol.

Our party consisted of nine people, including four adults and five children. We stayed for two weeks and had an amazing time. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness and respect. We mostly spend our time at the pool and at night in the kitchen cooking. The pool was perfect for our boys. The The staff was professional and extremely helpful. The beds and rooms were comfortable and pleasant. It was hot, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms at night was an excellent relief. The house does need some updates, but nothing that would keep you from having a great time. The housekeeper was absolutely amazing. She was a big part of our enjoyment of our stay. Everything was clean daily. At night, security would make his rounds, which, of course, made us feel safe. The current staff that is in place was the key to a great experience. We had several requests, and every single one was met. We made memories that will last us a lifetime. We will definitely be staying here again. Our only mistake was not staying longer!

dreadful/no respect for guests/ you'll feel like an inconvenience. Not enough space to list all....

On 2nd to last day power went out, maintenance crew turned on gasoline powered generator located directly in front of the house, pungent fumes permeated the entire house for over one hour we had to step out, tried to book rooms in city near by but were unavailable as it was late 8-9 pm. we contacted owner who didn't reply, she stated she was sleeping and that the gasoline fumes were only for one hour. Owner also concluded fumes were intensified because I am pregnant. Next day we had my in laws over for coffee, owner wanted to run tests on the generator with engineer to test the generator. we informed her we had in laws with respiratory illness ( COPD) my 90 y.o grandma also very sensitive. We did not wish to experience the stench of gasoline again, (even for "one hour"). My advice to owner is to have the property ready and prepared. gasoline fumes at any length of time for pregnant or non pregnant human beings is never safe and to downplay the situation by using my pregnancy is completely unacceptable and inhumane. We had to check out early as electricity could not be guaranteed. If you decide to book with this property be sure to check on generator. Other issues which make you feel like an inconvenience: limited towels, poor cleaning schedule, owner stated daily cleaning then said it was only 5 days, ,(stated to read the contract)but even then missed 3 days cleaning, also harassed us about A/c use. owner stated it is expensive to pay electric bill.

Trouble in Paradise

While the view was stunning and the onsite staff were courteous and helpful, that was the extent of our positive experience at this property. There is a small house on the property next to the pool that is under construction. There was a large crew of workers with construction going on all day long. We were uncomfortable to use the pool and our young children couldn't nap with all the noise. When we asked the owner about it, she acted like it was the house next door when it is clearly on the same property and only steps away from the pool. The main house was infested with termites and ants, the owner also acted like this was to be expected "because it's Nicaragua and in a reserve". We stay in Nicaragua often, and no, it is not expected that you pay to stay in a house where you are sleeping with termites in your bed because you are in a reserve in Nicaragua. This is completely unacceptable for a house we paid for and cannot use the beds. The property owner offered to come fumigate the house with my 3 infants sleeping inside. After a night with termites in the beds, we decided to pack up and leave. Upon trying to leave, because it was before our planned check out date, we were held hostage. The security guard refused to let us leave and held my whole family on the steep inclined driveway saying we couldn't go until the property manager came to look around and make sure we didnt steal anything. I never felt so insulted, unsafe, and unclean in a place where I paid to be a guest

We live in the Pacific Northwest and love it...except the long wet and cold winters get very long, wet and cold. We were thinking about eventually finding a place to escape the winter weather when Casa de Sol found us! Even though this idea was 10 years off, we knew we would never find a place like Casa de Sol.
