Nice studio near Montparnasse

Welcome to my 19 m2 studio on the ground floor in the courtyard, located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. The accommodation is near rue de la CONVENTION, famous for its quaint little shops. You will be next to MONTPARNASSE.
Working-class district of the 15th, the building is unpretentious but a good atmosphere reigns there, many French and foreign students. Neighbors are supportive. The apartment is cozy, quiet and very well equipped.

## Logement
Located near Montparnasse, the accommodation is pleasant and is composed of a living room with a double bed, a bathroom and a beautiful lounge area to relax after an intense Parisian day. You will have everything at your disposal in order to spend an excellent stay. You will be very well served by public transportation, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The neighborhood offers an immediate proximity to shops and restaurants. The district is very appreciated by the locals and the tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share my favorites with you! A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

## Emplacement
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
