We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please feel free to contact us through the booking app before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You will have access to both the upper and lower unit of this duplex during your stay. The downstairs unit features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a full kitchen, while the upstairs unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchenette. Each unit has its own keypad entry with unique codes for added ease and privacy.
The backyard and laundry amenities are shared between units. To access the laundry room, guests staying in the upper unit will need to use the exterior door located in the backyard.
On-site parking is available for your convenience. You'll be a short walk away from local restaurants, coffee shops, and the vibrant downtown district. Enjoy your own private entrance and a fenced backyard. Please note that a motivated dog could jump over our fence and should not be left unattended.

Located on the lower level of a Victorian home, this suite offers a calm base in the heart of Colorado Springs. High ceilings and farmhouse-modern furnishings create an inviting atmosphere. A plush sofa and armchairs sit in front of a 55" Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, and standard cable, giving you relaxed downtime whenever you need it. The open layout keeps dining and lounging connected, making the space easy to enjoy.
Kitchen & dining
The remodeled kitchen features stone countertops and warm wood cabinetry, with stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and hot water kettle. Cooking basics, dishes, and utensils are all provided, along with a coffee maker, toaster, and wine glasses. Share meals at the dining table for four or savor a quiet breakfast before heading out to explore.
Sleeping arrangements
Four private bedrooms are designed for rest, each furnished with a queen-size bed and memory foam mattress. Fresh linens, extra pillows, and dedicated window air conditioning units add to your comfort. Clothing storage and soft lighting complete the simple, restful setting.
Bathrooms
The bathrooms includes a walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling tile, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and towels. A half bath off the living area provides added convenience.
Outdoor living
Step outside into the fenced backyard, a shared space where you can enjoy coffee at the patio table or let pets explore under your supervision. The backyard also provides access to the laundry room, shared between both levels of the duplex.
Amenities
During your stay you’ll have Wi-Fi, air conditioning, portable fans, heating, washer and dryer, and a private entrance with keypad self check-in. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras. Free parking is available on site, and the property is pet-friendly, with assistance animals always welcome.

The central location places you within walking distance of downtown Colorado Springs, with coffee shops, restaurants, and boutique shops close by. Museums, art centers, and craft breweries are nearby, while Garden of the Gods, the Broadmoor, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo are only a short drive away. Driving times to local highlights range from 3 to 16 minutes, giving you easy access to both city life and natural wonders.

We would highly recommend renting out a car to visit and tour the beautiful areas of Colorado Springs.
If you are not able to rent a car or drive–no worries! Colorado Springs has some great options for public transportation. The main bus terminal is a few blocks away.
