Loved it!!!!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property and it is one of our favorite places to stay. It is family friendly, has a great pool, it is super clean and modern and close to the beach (just a couple hundred feet). We highly recommend Vero Beach and this place!

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time at Vero Beach and the house was wonderful. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay (towels, sheets, boogie boards, kayaks, etc) and the owner was in touch to make sure there were not any issues. Our family enjoyed the clean/quiet house, the pool and the short walk to the super nice/fun beach. For families- the beach is a short walk and if you want to be near a life-guarded area, it's a nearby walk as well. We'd definitely stay at this house again.

Lovely home with excellent beach access

Five of us stayed here for two weeks. We really enjoyed it. It’s just like photos. Ocean is an easy 100 yards away. Beach is dog friendly. The pool is warm. Beach supplies and kitchen supplies were the best we had at a rental. Patricia was a lovely host who checked in with us and was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again. . .

Fabulous stay

Communication with Patricia couldn’t have been easier or more friendly and welcoming. On arrival a folder with everything explained along with recommendations for local eateries. Incredibly well equipped kitchen and spotlessly clean house and furnishings; you really don’t need to bring anything except your clothes. A very short stroll to the beach with beach chairs provided (along with bicycles and other beach/outdoors equipment ). Beautiful walks and cycle rides along the Jungle Trail. The beach is vast and even in February mainly empty. We would highly recommend a stay here, with or without children it’s the most lovely welcoming home.

Exceptional and memorable experience

This is one of our very favorite VRBO finds! Pat is a very attentive host and this also comes through the property loud and clear. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very well appointed down to every little detail (think 5 star luxury hotel plus everything you need for a family beach vacation combined in one). The private beach access literally 30 seconds away was ideal for our young family and made beach days very easy. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Vero beach - hope to be back! From the moment we walked through the door, we felt like we were “home”. the house is beautifully decorated, and extremely well equipped! the bedrooms are spacious and beautiful, amazing kitchen, fantastic screened in patio/pool. The pristine quiet beach is a short walk down the road, and the house provided beach chairs and umbrellas!! Pat immediately answered the few questions that we had. We were in Vero Beach to celebrate our sons wedding, and staying in this amazing house was just perfect! We will be back, thank you Pat!

Absolute treat! Highly Recommend

Pat and Anthony, My wife and I had the privilege to stay for an entire week at the Summer Place Wabasso Beach. What an absolute treat! The home was welcoming, very well appointed and centered around a wide open kitchen/family room (with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal). The large bedrooms, each with a flat screen television, were perfect and the beds were very comfortable. We had family in for a visit and all were very impressed whether it was the pool or all of the beach toys which is just a block away from. My wife and I are already booked again for next near and will be recommending the house to our other family members coming in to Vero to visit. Thank you again

My wife and I just finished our stay at this wonderful property. Let me start by saying the property is even better than the listing describes it. The place is immaculate. When I arrived, I actually thought I was in the wrong house, that maybe I had walked into someones home because it was so nice! I couldn't believe it was a vacation rental. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with and went out of their way to accommodate us. The furniture and fixtures are all top notch, high end. It is probably the most well stocked house I have ever rented. Everything is really first class. The house is beautifully updated. The pictures actually do not do the place justice. It's easy to tell the owners take a lot of pride in the house. It's just not your typical rental. The location could not be better. Just a 1 minute walk to the very private beach where we could let the dogs play and enjoy the serenity. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The house has plenty of beach toys, bikes, etc that are all in top shape. We really enjoyed our getaway and left totally relaxed and refreshed. We highly recommend this wonderful vacation rental and look forward to our next visit. We will definitely be back!

A lovely beach break

This property has everything you could hope for in a beach vacation! Just a quick one minute walk to the beach access point, and you can hear the ocean from the comfy screened in outdoor living area. Inside, the living space made for easy gathering, and the bedrooms provided quiet retreat. The beds were perfectly suited to our needs - the queen was a little firmer which one of us wanted, and the two kings a little softer, which the others wanted. We cooked in the kitchen every day, and had all we needed. The couch and seating areas are comfortable, great for games or movie watching. The owners provide a book to explain anything you need to know about the place, so we were well prepared for anything unique to the home. We used the entire place, inside and out, and are looking forward to coming back. The few logistics questions we did have were answered promptly. If you are looking for a restful, cozy, beach vacation home, Beach Break is it!

Perfect week

This is one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed in. The host provides the perfect amount of communication. The house is not only clean, it is impeccable. Beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need for a wonderful stay. It is near the Jungle Trial which is a simple bike ride to the Pelican National Preserve. It is a short walk from the house to the beach and the pool is a great place to relax after a beach day. We finished our days with happy hour on the front porch which was our favorite spot of all. We observed the geckos and birds including a large hawk that dove for a juicy gecko right in front of us. The gecko got away. We have only two regrets - the house is completely booked for next spring and that we didn't discover the Village Beach Market in Vero Beach until we neared the end of our trip. Thank you, Pat. Amazing house and location

We stayed at the beach house to be close to our family. The house was perfect and Pat was a perfect host. Check in was simple and easy. Pat reached out to make sure we got into the home ok and that everything was perfect. This house had everything you could possibly need to enjoy the beach and the area. The kitchen had all the needed appliances etc to make full meals and there is a gas grill out on the back screened in patio. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor living the patio provided. The master suite is large with large closets and bathroom. Split floor plan works well for families. The other side of the house has two bedrooms with a jack and Jill bath as well as a 1/2 bath for guests in the main living area. The garage holds lots of beach chairs/toys, kayaks, bikes and other games like table tennis and corn hole. Ample space, beautiful decor and great location. What else could you need! Grab a bag of groceries and you’re ready to go!

Ideal Beach Vacation

The house looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Very tastefully decorated, cozy and well stocked. There was not one thing I could think of that I wished would have been there that wasn’t. The house has a kitchen full of everything you need for everyday cooking, baking, smoothie making, coffee, plenty of spices, cleaning products, etc. All the appliances worked perfectly including what looks like a brand new A/C. The garage has everything you need for the beach. Beach wagon, umbrellas, coolers, tons of beach chairs, sand toys, pool noodles, even beach hats! All the beds were comfortable. The outdoor shower was convenient and relaxing. The pool was clean and well maintained. The backyard was very nicely manicured and I was surprised by the nice breeze outback and seriously considered starting a fire in the fire pit in the dead of summer just to make s’mores (we didn’t). The backyard was fenced in all the way around which was great for the dog. I probably read in every good reading spot in the house (there were a lot) including the front porch which was also very comfortable and relaxing. I can’t forget to mention the beach which was so close that we could easily walk back and forth if we forgot something or if someone needed to go to the bathroom. The waves were fun to play in and all four of our kids (9yo and 6yo triplets) had a great time beaching it up daily and pool time after. Interestingly, I was highly impressed with the trash compactor…You’ll see. ;)

A Wonderful Anniversary Trip!!

Thank you, Patricia & Anthony, for letting Jack & I, celebrate our 35th Anniversary, for 2 relaxing, wonderful weeks at your beautiful home!! Where to start? Your Beach House rental is so beautiful!! When we walked in the first night after a long drive, we just said oh wow, just like the pictures, so pretty!!! You have everything that anyone would need, all the dishes, pans, appliances, spices, and much more. Your home is so beautifully decorated and comfortable!!! (As u know Pat, I'm gonna get me a Mimi's Beach House sign now too, for when we're able to get our own piece of heaven one day) The master bed was so comfy, we slept so peaceful every night!! I'd like to say the bath towels was so soft and thick, better then some hotels we've stayed at. The pool towels was soft and nice size too!! Oh and the pool is so welcoming and nice!! As you know we spent most of our time out by and in the pool day and night. ha We walk the beach in the evenings to see if we could catch a turtle, no luck but the breeze and the sound of the ocean we always have loved!! We were pleased also to be able to feel the ocean breeze outside by the pool most days as well. Pat, want to thank you again for letting us know about when the launch was going to happen, what a wonderful and neat experience, our first time ever to see one, Thank you!!! Well, I could go on and on believe me, as Jack has told you several times and esp when we left, that we definitely will be back as soon and as often as we can!!! It was so hard to leave, but like Jack said, have to get back to work, so one day we can come back. You have us as renters for whenever we come to Florida, esp Vero Beach area, what a quiet and charming place to spend a vacation esp in your beautiful Beach House!!! Thank you again so very much!!!

Summer Place is a unique getaway unlike any other. It has an artist/Bohemian vibe as you walk thru the different streets. No two houses are alike and the canopied trees and sandy roads lend itself to a relaxed feeling. Our home has brand new, comfortable, up to date furnishings. The bathrooms have been upgraded. There are many different areas of this home to “escape” or to gather. The home is comfortable, relaxing & great for family time. The front porch is inviting & begs for sipping coffee in the morning or drinking cocktails at happy hour & beyond. The pool is heated with an enclosed screened patio and is in a semi courtyard lending itself to privacy. Curtains are at each door for complete privacy in the pool area.
The backyard is fenced in making it more relaxing for pet owners & small children.
This home is truly an incredible beach getaway.
