The interior of this first-floor two bedroom condo is comfortably furnished and decorated with exquisite taste. Ideal for a family of six with the adventure to explore Padre Island at their fingertips or simply relax with the beautiful sounds of a waterfall at the heated pool. The bedrooms are updated with new furniture and both include a king size bed! You'll love the location, a complex that offers a peaceful atmosphere and only a short drive to the beach.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was ok as far as enjoying the island.The location was good as far as location as well.We stay once a year and do fishing which this time fishing was not a good as in the past. We will try again next year.

Relaxing getaway on the Island

The Palms #408 was a spacious two bedroom two bath that suited our needs perfectly in a quiet collection of units. It was ideal for grandparents, grown children, and their infant to lounge in the living room, yet retreat to the bedrooms for quiet time. The pool was just right for families with a 1-foot deep kiddie area adjoining the deeper section. It was a nice feature because the surf on the Island was choppy and murky this year. --Although we never encountered management, we did get to speak briefly with the strolling security guard, a nice guy who made his rounds all night, making us feel better about leaving some of our gear in the back of the truck. The Palms will be our choice for next year's vacation stay.

Close to the Beach

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo claims to clean the place for each arrival. However, the floor felt sandy. I got the vacuum clean and vacuumed the whole place as best I could, as the vacuum cleaner wasn't suctioning very well. Also, as I went to shower in the hallway bathroom, the shower head came loose and sprayed water everywhere, had to put it back on and tighten it. We liked that this condo was in close proximity to the beach and enjoyed the pool. However, for the cleaning fee that they tack on, the place should be spotless and it wasn't.

Great Location

The only issue was parking, people would park and made it hard to get in and out of parking spot. Other than that the location, pool, staff, and house was great! We look forward to staying again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year staying at this property & first time in 408. We loved the proximity to the pool & it was right around the corner from an entrance gate which made loading and unloading a breeze. Everything was clean & tidy for our stay. The unit was stocked with everything you would need; Keurig, coffee mugs, utensils, pots, pans, pizza cutter, etc. On our first day we noticed the AC wasn’t cooling. Called the front desk & they had it fixed within about 2 hours. Super smooth process & stayed in contact the entire time. We would absolutely stay again.
