Beachfront Villa Just Steps To The Water

Casa Paraiso is a beautiful beachfront villa located in Playa Potrero. With the stunning ocean view, the beach is just steps away from the backyard. Enjoy the gorgeous Pacific sunsets from your private pool or patio with a glass of wine or your favorite beverage. The house was entirely remodeled in 2021, offering over 4100 sq ft which includes 7 bedrooms and 7.5 baths. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and 3 downstairs. Each bedroom includes its own private bath. Three of the upstairs bedrooms provide ocean views with its own balcony.

Within walking distance, there is a market, and several restaurants, including 3 beachfront restaurants. The calm ocean is perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and other ocean activities without the threat of riptides.

Casa Paraiso is located about 50 minutes away from Liberia Airport. The house is also about a mile away from Playa Flamingo, and 30 minutes away from Tamarindo. It is the ideal location to spend a day out shopping or enjoying what the area has to offer! You also have your choice of fine restaurants, which are just a short drive away.

Here at Casa Paraiso we offer housekeeping service every day excluding Sundays. We also have a groundskeeper three days out of the week. We offer a concierge who is very knowledgable with the area that can assist you in booking any tours, fishing trips, private chef and outdoor activities of your choice. The concierge can also assist you with booking an airport shuttle which can be arranged prior to the day of your arrival.

Everything about the property was great for our family. The location was ideal being in a small community with local restaurants steps away from the house. Tamarindo was an easy drive for more options. The layout of the house was great, offering each couple privacy from others. Nicely appointed kitchen. Beautiful beach is right out the backyard. The owner was very understanding when an unexpected change in plans came up and allowed us to modify the reservation. The onsite host was very accommodating with recommendations and assistance when needed. Highly recommend this property!

This was a beautiful place that was spacious and clean. The host answered every question and got everything scheduled that we requested. The house is so close and in walking distance to so many restaurants and stores. Would absolutely go again!

The whole property (Casa Paraiso) and location were outstanding and was as good as the listing indicated. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great, and the daily housekeeping was a plus. Everything worked great and when it didn't, the property manager (Jimmie) was quick to get it fixed. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

This is our second time in Costa Rica and our first at Playa Potrero. Overall, this house is excellent. We had a wide range of ages from 24-81 years. The layout of the house with three bedrooms on the main floor and additional rooms upstairs was excellent. The pool and yard were great for daytime activities and the outside area for sitting and lounging was fantastic. We had the opportunity to see some fabulous sunsets and the cows strolling the beach one evening. A couple of days we had a local chef come in and cook in the great kitchen that was well equipped. This house sits in a great area for renting golf carts and visiting all of the fantastic local beaches that surround this area. Jimmy did a great job answering any questions that we had and helping us with transportation, etc. Thank you for the wonderful stay in Costa Rica! Our family loved the home!

This home is amazing! Views and sunsets are incredible. Everything was clean and working. We loved the location close to everything in town. Walkable, but we enjoyed having a golf cart. Communication with the owner and property manager were seamless. We ordered groceries ahead which was a great feature too. Highly recommend this property. It was perfect for the whole family!

Our group of 12 from age 8 to 73 had a very relaxing time at Casa Paraiso. Many of us walked the calm beach everyday. Jimmy took care of all the details before and during our stay. House was very clean and the pool was just the right size for us. There are many good restaurants in the immediate area and the sunsets were great too.

This was an extended family vacation ages ranged from 8-80. This property was perfect. The location of bedrooms (3 downstairs 4 upstairs) gave everyone their own space We all loved the beach and pool and the proximity to cafes grocery stores and restaurants. Jimmy was so helpful to us … he arranged transportation and tours and was always there to answer questions. The daily maid service was very welcome. We can’t wait to return to this piece of paradise!

Amazing place

Beach Villa Spectacular

We spent a week in this seven en-suite villa RIGHT on the beach in POTRERO. We could not have asked for anything better. The huge bedrooms and living areas all fit our needs, and the sunsets were spectacular.

Great stay

Loved our stay in this wonderful house. Area is very peaceful and safe. Seemed a little far from a lot of activities, though. This was our first time in Costa Rica and weren’t really sure where to stay but knew we wanted to stay at the beach. The beach was great! Not the white sands and blue see through water but still beautiful!

Beautiful house in exciting area

We loved our time in Playa Potrero! The house is located in walking distance of several restaurants, shopping, and coffee houses. It has ample space for 12 guests, each bedroom having its own bathroom. The pool was great and the beach was and not overrun with tourists. Several of us got massages on the beach. Everyone was kind and communicative from the groundskeeping staff to security to the concierge, Jimmy.Would definitely visit again!

Best vacation!

We are Family friends that took our kids on a senior spring break trip. Just a small group of 11. Jimmy was amazing and booked EVERYTHING for us. From transportation to/from the airport to all the best excursions to just traveling to the town next door. The house was such a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. A couple great bakeries too! We would love to come back to this property or even try the sister property down the beach. Absolutely amazing trip!

Wonderful stay for extended family

We had such a wonderful stay! My extended family of 14 stayed here for spring break - we had 6 kids (ages 10 months - 7 years old) and the house was perfect. There is a huge yard filled with lizards for the kids to run around in, quick easy access to the beach and a perfect size pool. There was plenty of room for our family. The house is about 45 minutes from the airport and only about 10 minutes (or shorter) from Playa Flamingo where we took two boat trips (estuary tour and dolphin site seeing tour). We had a great time and highly recommend!

Awesome! Awesome! House was great and location was perfect. Steps away from beach. Beaches aren’t busy at all and several restaurants walking distance. Must try Coco Loco on the beach, 10 min drive but worth it. Home was very roomy and pics don’t die it justice. Great place to stay! Will be back.

Incredible Trip

This was an amazing trip from the time we arrived until we had to leave, which was very hard. Jimmy was WONDERFUL to work with and the housekeeper was EXCEPTIONAL!! Our chef that came for dinner, meals were DELICIOUS and plentiful. Every living creature we saw in CR was unbelievable-so much life here-Biodiversity need to return!!! Thank you
