Super cute house with terrible beds and furniture. Loved everything about the house except the beds. Not enough soaps and shampoo for everyone too, but great experience otherwise.

Very nice home!

The property looks exactly as pictured. The home was very clean upon arrival. When we were checking in the guard gate's system was down. I contacted Tropical Escape and was able to quickly have a guest past sent to me to allow me to get into the gate. Everything was great from start to finish and I would definitely book with the company again!

Wow House

House was very clean and looked just as advertised. There were a few minor things in need of repair and the pool heater was not working when we arrived. Rental company was quick to respond to the issues and have pool heater repaired. We were supposed to be refunded for two days of pool heat after checkout but have not been refunded yet. However, we did enjoy our stay and highly recommend the area and house. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect family getaway home

This property delivered as described. The location was convenient to everything in Kissimmee, FL that we wanted to do. Con: house sleeps 10 however the living room had a very small couch that only had 2 seats and a chaise and then 2 small chairs. I would suggest a larger couch and additional seating as there was not enough to fit our party of 7. It would be nice if there was a folder of area attractions, maybe a map of the resort to let you know how to get to the amenities of the resort. Also a guest signature book would be cool to allow visitors to leave notes about their stays (just an idea I've seen at other properties). My son used the gym at the resort and we used the pool, lazy river and volleyball court which was a great addition to the rental home. We were given a parking pass when we checked in at the gate initially however it wouldn't work to allow us to get back into the resort so we had to call the guard everytime to get back intk the resort which made the paper we were given pointless. We loved this home and hope to return on our future trips. Beautiful home!!

Nice Property but…

The home is absolutely beautiful and clean. The home has the bare minimum of items such as towels and pool towels but enough to get by in the kitchen for cooking small meals. The biggest problem was the check in. I had to contact the rental company for arrival as info was not sent. We had to go to a different area then stated which took several attempts at the gate. We were given a QR code to open gate which never worked for our 4 days so we had to contact the guard every time we went in. The lock on the sliding glass door was broken so we could never lock it. Basically anyone could come in through the screen patio which also had a broken lock and faces the street and leads to the sliding glass door. Fortunately we were always at the home but felt a little uneasy sleeping at night. Overall, the home itself is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable.

House was dirty

When we checked in they wouldn't allow us early check in saying the home had to be inspected. When we got to the home there was a water bottle at the bottom of the pool. There was an Old English muffin on the grill and the grill was outside the pool area where it's not supposed to be. The table by the pool has all four legs are ready to fall off and it was glass topped which was dangerous. Took a Pan out to make breakfast for my family and the Pan was dirty like it had bacon grease that was just wiped out proceeded to find other. Pants and silverware filthy dirty . if the home was supposed to be inspected they sure missed it. This was the 1st time using this company and it will be my last. We traveled to Florida several times. A yeand stay at home's and have never efelt like we were staying in a dirty place. Front door keypad was a joke worked half the time sliding door handle ready to fall off. We work hard for our vacations and. Expect more especially for what they cost!!!!

Wow House was great for kids! Property management was disappointing.

The house was nice and very clean. It was a good fit for our extended family vacation and with 3 kids aged 1-5, the playroom and pool were big hits. The living room could definitely use more comfy seating, as it wasn’t adequate for the number of guests that could sleep there. There was a broken door handle on the sliding glass door, but I blame that on the property management. The house is advertised as having a heated pool, but be aware, if you want heat you will pay a hefty additional charge, so a little false advertising. If you need an actual normal sized crib you will have to rent that as well. The property management was not great. When I asked for an itemized bill for the add-ons (pool heat, crib, early entry) they did not immediately provide and instead sent me a “pre-cancellation notice” because these things had not yet been paid for, even though the full house rental amount had been paid in full weeks earlier. When we arrived there was no information provided on how, or where, to access the resort amenities. I called, got an answering service who said that someone would call me, but never heard another thing. For these reasons I would probably look somewhere besides Champions Gate if I was to return to the Orlando area.

Family Vacation

The home is beautiful. However it needs someone to give it attention. I do not recommend paying for pool heat. It never worked. The maintenance gentleman said it was broken, refrigerator drawer was cracked, blind pieces laying in the floor, hooks in bathroom hanging out of the drywall, the couch appears that someone has jumped on it. The one end is dipped in and the material has a torn hole ( it was covered with decorative blanket) not enough towels for everyone to shower, no additional blankets. So like the upstairs suite has a comforter and sheet. Extra pillows, but of course no pillow cases. Desperately needs linen products. We arrived at check in. Cleaning was still in progress. When we went into the house water was standing everywhere like in pudldes from mopping. We dried it up. Most of the issues just needs someone in charge to come and walk through and make sure everything is being done correctly. The area is gorgeous, the community is quiet and so nice. Close to stores, close to parks in orlando. The play room upstairs is absolutely adorable the kids loved it.The dryer was un hooked from the wall and was blowing dryer dust everywhere (maintenance fixed this issue) the maintenance man we seen was so nice and helpful. He did his very best to fix what he could.

Beautiful home, lots of construction in neighborhood

The home is beautiful, looks just like the pictures. Very clean. Property management company was a bit difficult to communicate with as at first I just tried to message via VRBO and didnt get a response. Was able to chat with them via email though or by calling during business hours. Form that you had to fill out had tons of signatures spaces on it so took some time to complete! Neighborhood has lots of construction going on so difficult to drive down the street during work hours as workers park up and down the street and barely enough room for a car to drive down the center or the street. Home is pretty close to grocery store, restaurants, etc which is great. Straight shot down 4 to Disney World so super close. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen has basic utensils but missing things like a scraper, food storage containers, etc. which is pretty typical of a rental. We had one issue while on-site, sliding door came off its tracks and someone was able to come out to fix that day after I emailed. Only major complaint is the white towels throughout the home should definitely be replaced. They are thin and feel like sand paper! Parking is available for one car in the driveway but we had no problem parking the two other cars right across the street in the lot each night. We never visited or even saw the clubhouse/clubhouse pool as the complex appears quite large, with multiple entrances. Playroom area is amazing and even has a baby gate to keep kiddos upstairs. The adults could visit downstairs and still keep an eye on the kiddos in the loft which was awesome. Overall a beautiful, clean property that we would definitely stay at again with young kids, perhaps after the construction in the neighborhood is complete. :)
