Stayed the weekend here and very happy with choosing this place. Host was quick to message to me after I booked room and got me all the details needed. Easy to get into and had I was able to park right out front on the street. Very clean and quiet area. Love the small privacy patio! Had K-cups, soda, water, and snacks which I did take advantage of so appreciate that. My dog and I enjoyed our stay here and will gladly stay here if we visit again!

We stayed immediately after a 16 night cruise before heading home. Kevin, the host, was beyond amazing. There were things that we did not account for after being away from home for so long before staying in his property and he was very accommodating and helpful. Check-in was smooth, communication was always very prompt, and there was even a basket with snacks and water in the room. Even though the property stands out as amazing on its own, we feel that Kevin took it to another level. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay while in the area.

We gave this stay in Hollywood 5 stars. The parking situation was excellent, and the location was perfect—being so central made it easy to go both east and west around the city. There are great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance; our favorites were Liberation Coffee and Pizzeria Mozza at the Melrose & Highland intersection. The place itself was very clean and had plenty of thoughtful touches, including a lovely outdoor patio. While it doesn’t have a full kitchen, the provided snacks along with the mini-fridge and microwave were a great touch and more than enough for us since we ate out most meals (so much great food nearby!).Kevin was a very communicative and welcoming host. The location felt safe and was perfect for the two of us and our pup. Highly recommend!

The listing description is accurate. We enjoyed the free street parking, private patio, and the quick responses from the host! Location made it easy to explore many different areas by car. Very quiet despite being close to busy streets! Thanks again for hosting us!

Cool place!

The outside patio was the highlight of this space! It was a great place to have some of the complimentary coffee and snacks at the beginning of my day. Location was pretty great too; there was a convenience store that’s maybe like a five minute walk, and along that path was a lot of food options to try from! Would sta

Great spot in Hollywood

Simplicity makes this place great. It is akin to a hotel room with a private entrance. It includes an ample bathroom, coffee maker and complimentary snacks. Kevin was responsive and helpful.
