Our ocean front condo at Ali'i Kai was clean, comfortable, quiet, well-appointed, and as advertised. The views from the living room, lanai, and both bedrooms were stunning!The louvered pocket door separating the main bedroom from its en suite bathroom left a little to be desired in mitigating sound and odor. We'd also suggest installing a hotel type dispenser in the showers for body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We didn't anticipate traveling with those items, and purchasing them on the island is expensive.All in all we had a very positive experience from booking, our arrival and stay, through checkout!

The condo is basic but totally clean and has everything you need including a cooler, beach chairs, plus everything you need in the kitchen. The best thing is the view from every room. Unbeatable. I feel like the guest/kids room is actually the best spot to relax. We will definitely return. Management company was very easy and attentive. Highly recommend. Being a top floor unit makes it very quiet. Love this place.

Great rental unit, the amenities were a bonus. Having beach chairs, a cooler and a beach umbrella was so nice. The kitchen is well equipped too. Will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful place!!

The property is gorgeous with beautiful views. The place is set up nicely with wonderful Hawaiian art on he walls. We were very comfortable there.

Perfect condo, perfect location

This is the second time we have stayed here and will be back. You couldn’t ask for a better view. Clean space and the condo has everything you could need. Love it here!

Amazing place - great views and location! The views were unreal, and surrounding areas were beautiful! A lot to do within the area - trails, food and coffee trucks, farmers markets, etc. Will book again in the future when visiting the island :)The only hiccup that we can across was with the tvs and controls. All the control batteries were dead. They reached out the following day about this, and new batteries were brought by the next day! Thank you for hosting us again! :)

Perfect location

Our condo was beautiful and perfect! We saw whales from the lanai and beautiful birds. Fell asleep to sounds of the ocean. Close to great restaurants and Annini beach. The North Shore is beautiful and relaxing. Can’t wait to come back to stay.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the extra things--beach towels, beach chair, a cooler, lots of ice trays and a few sundries--oil, flour, corn starch... The view was incredible and relaxing. The windows let in a wonderful breeze, but also blocked out sound if needed. Great location for exploring the Northern end. Be mindful to fill out the final contract that is emailed before arriving, because that releases the door code & all necessary information. Would stay again!!

Perfect

This property was perfect for our needs. The view was outstanding and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was wonderful. The condo had everything we needed and was nice and quiet. We appreciated the boogie boards to use. If we travel back to Kaua’i we will book here again.

Beautiful views!

The views from this condo were stunning! Beds were comfortable. No AC but not a problem for us with the trade winds and high quality windows. There were beach chairs, a cooler and boogie boards which was a nice surprise! A few more bowls with lids for food storage and a larger skillet would have been nice but still well appointed kitchen.
Turtle cove directly below the condo. Trail is challenging.

A true vacation

This was an idyllic spot for our time on the North Shore of Kauai. We spent the days exploring and our evenings watching Hawaii-themed movies while listening to the rain and waves below. There is no A/C, as noted, so plan any hair drying with the excellent hair dryers accordingly!

Perfect Location but amenities could be better

The bedroom TV is too small and keeps giving a low-power message, so it cannot connect properly, especially at night. A window screen was broken and left against the bedroom wall.

Paradise in Kauai

If you are looking for a convenient location to Princeville and the North Shore with amazing ocean views from one side of the condo and amazing mountain views on the other, this is where you should stay. We had 4 adults (2 couples), the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked out perfectly. The kitchen was large enough for us all to move in and out without getting in each other's way. And again, as mentioned - the views are to die for.

Fabulous!

Great location, we even say humpbacks from our lanai. This is a very well stocked condo, quiet location and beautiful well maintained grounds throughout the complex and overall neighborhood. The only possible negative is that many of the framed prints are faded and need to be replaced. It's closer to Princeville but only about 10" to Hanalei. Would definitely book it again.

Could use kitchen towels and stove/microwave was difficult to run do to lack of instructions and wear on dials. Otherwise, the stY was wonderful.

We were delighted with this unit! We stayed one week. It was clean, smelled clean, the rooms , kitchens, bathrooms spotless, Toto Toilets a plus, and the spectacular ocean views were just stunning! The manager was responsive for each time we reached out to them. We had trouble with the opening the door but they answered right away and helped us figure it out. We would come back again for sure!!Thank you for a wonderful stay !

One very nice surprise about our stay: the big draw of this condo is of course the ocean views, and it was really lovely to have the wide ocean views in every room. BUT ALSO there is a window in the dining room with a great view of the mountains! I loved looking out that window. We enjoyed our stay here. I was worried about the lack of AC, but the condo has really good airflow with the open windows, and the master bed is right under a fan. We slept well, and even in the heat of the day were not uncomfortable thanks to the breezes. Checkin was smooth. We used the kitchen a fair amount and liked it. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels provided. Easy parking. Lots of closet and dresser space. Another surprise plus: being able to lay in bed and watch the sun rise!
