This is our third year at this specific condo - so we obviously enjoy it! The condo is clean, well stocked with everything you need for a successful vacation, and the balcony seating is amazing! We always spend so much time out there. We didn’t have any reason to contact the host this year, but in the past they have been quick to respond and assist us. It’s nice having a parking spot reserved for our room, and visible security made us feel safe on the property. We have no doubt we will be back again next year!

Amazing balcony! I could have sat out there 24/7. Beautiful condo. Great amenities including indoor and outdoor pools. Right in the beach. Walkable to several restaurants and activities for the kids right across the street. Will definitely be back!

View from balcony perfect. The beach was visible, which I like. We were unable to use our parking space because we had a luggage carrier on top of car, but able to park in handicap space at entrance. Worked fine.

Wonderful Location with Lots of Room!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay here. It was close to everything. We could walk across the street to play mini-golf, get donuts and ice cream. We booked this place for the balcony which did not disappoint. There was plenty of seating for everyone. I only wish it had a fan because it can get stuffy with the humidity. My husband and I stayed here with our college age children and their friends. We very comfortably slept 6,cooked meals in the very well appointed kitchen, ate at the large dining table, and thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the view. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable as well.I really liked the covered parking too. That was a great perk and since the unit was on the first floor above the garage it was easy to walk up and down the stairs which leads me to my biggest complaint; the elevators. There were 3, 2 worked most of the time. They are hot and take forever so we had to climb 5 flights of stairs a lot but it did make me feel better about eating all the good food in the area. I almost forgot, the items included like the beach wagon, extra chairs, umbrella, and paper products made the trip even better! This was by far one of our favorite beach rentals and we would gladly stay here again! Thank you!

Perfect

One of the cleanest rentals I've been in. The balcony is the best "room", but the master is a close second because of the super comfy mattress. Bath towels were fresh and fluffy, and there were many of them. The pool is basic, but crystal clear and clean. We were never disturbed by stomping feet on the floors above us or the sounds of wall-sharing neighbors - very quiet during the night. We highly recommend this unit.

A perfect place to relax

Everything was just as described. The check in process was a breeze, the property was in good shape, and the amenities of the building were great. Our two young kids loved both of the pools, and we were thankful they were heated given the sudden cold weather during our trip. The parking spot is very tight, not ideal for anything over a small SUV or sedan. We had to park in the overflow lot across the street, but this wasn't an issue after we had unloaded everything into the condo.

Okay trip. Fix elevator

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was pleased with the rental condo. It was the only one elevator working that was awful for a holiday weekend!! The wait time was so frustrating. Sometimes 15 minues. Once you did get the elevator it was packed. They did try to make it better by Saturday by getting a worker to run the elevator but there was still a wait time. I walked up one time. Not fun.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We like the idea that u were assigned to your own private parking spot. The condo was very beautiful and everything seemed to be ok until my wife was walking around with her socks on for just a few minutes couldn’t believe how dirty the floor was and when we got up to fix breakfast the following morning the skillet, baking pans was filthy with dried up food particles .We stayed in condo’s in Orange beach many times and everything is always A+

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We are so glad you found the condo to be beautiful and enjoyed the reserved parking. We sure wish you would have contacted us regarding the issues you had. We are on-site and pride ourselves in providing fabulous customer service. In fact our office is on the same floor as the condo you stayed in. We could have easily taken care of everything. As evidenced by our reviews, we provide A+ condos as well and are one of the highest rated management companies in Panama City Beach. We are sorry that you had those issues and will discuss with the housekeeper to insure fabulous future stays. We hope you and your family enjoyed the beach, ate at some wonderful restaurants, and made memories to last a lifetime. Sincerely, Greta's Beach Rentals

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental itself was wonderful. Everything in the rental was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. However, the building itself could definitely use some TLC. At some points there was only one elevator working, two was the max and the wait could be 5-10 minutes at times. The parking spaces are a bit narrow, but I did appreciate the security at the building. The beach attendant would hover around and snatch up chairs and umbrellas quickly, I guess he and his girlfriend wanted to leave. But there should be a clear hours for the chairs and a much better system to reserve chairs. It seemed to be at his discretion.

We love this property so much this was our second year coming back! The hospitality app the owners use to provide check-in information is easy and helpful, arrival check-in with security is simple and the covered parking garage is fantastic. The condo is well appointed, has all the beach items you'll need for younger kids as well as Beach Service for two chairs and an umbrella throughout your stay. The pools on property are well maintained and we have never heard any noise from the pool area once inside the condo with the balcony door shut. Speaking of the balcony....it's the Best Feature! Our family loves to hang out there in the evenings after dinner and listen to an audiobook before we take a twilight walk on the beach. After two years in a row here we have only found two drawbacks: 1) the property grill is charcoal. It's difficult and time consuming to grill on charcoal, so a gas grill would be appreciated, and 2) the King size mattress in the master bedroom really needs replaced. If you sleep too close to the edge it will roll you out into the floor, but if you sleep closer to the middle it will roll you into your partner. Both drawbacks are far outweighed by the features and convenience of the condo and the wonderful beach. Thanks for a great stay!

June 2020 Stay

I have stayed in many condos in PCB and unfortunately this was not the best, but also not the worst. It was not clean at all. There was dust and drawings in the dust on every surface. Some of the pots had left over food stuck in it. (Eggs stuck to 2 pots in the cabinet) I’ve stayed in high end resorts and didn’t expect that. However I’ve also stayed in mediocre places and this wasn’t at the top of that list either. The fan in the master was wide open or nothing. There was no trash can in the 2nd bathroom. Only one full length mirror and it was in the 2nd bedroom. I am not one to leave a bad review and have actually never done so. However with the lack of cleanliness, I simply can’t give this stay a good review. We will definitely be returning to our normal location next trip. The price of this stay for the accommodations was not adequate at all. I have spent much less and stayed at much nicer and cleaner places. The beach access was good and the pool appeared to be clean. I did appreciate the beach chairs.

No complaints. Checked all our boxes.

Condo was fantastic. Our family had a blast! We walked just across the street in the morning for fresh donuts from A’more donuts one day and then another day picked up delicious breakfast sandwiches at a great price, also from A’more. We spent evenings and rainy moments at the Fun-Land Arcade also across the street and the kids actually won stuff on their claw machines. We rented jet-skis on the beach right at the beach entrance from the property (highly recommend). I could tell my wife was hesitant about the jet-skis, but she tried it and loved it! So if your significant other or friends, kids, whatever are trying to sell you on the idea, just do it! The water is clear. Recommend goggles for the water, the attendant with the chairs was really nice. The condo was clean, the couch was actually newer than what’s in the photo (leather/leatherette) which I like more than upholstered furniture, so nice surprise. Everyone that works on the premises is super nice, friendly, and inviting. The outdoor cushions were newer than what’s in the photos. The balcony is huge with tons of seating options and a great height from the beach. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The rules were simple. We live at another beach and visited here for a different vibe and clear water. No complaints at all, only great experiences and new family memories. I highly recommend booking this condo, it’s clear they really care about the property and want to ensure you have a positive experience.
