Gorgeous two year old 2 bedroom/2 bath cottage located in the 24 hour gated Cottages of Margaritaville just 5 miles from the Magic Kingdom.

Cottages of Margaritaville is a development of homes, painted in tropical pastel colors, and reminiscent of turn of the century Key West architecture. Our immaculate cottage sleeps six with a master bedroom with king size bed and En Suite bath on the ground floor with a door leading out to a spacious patio with a hot tub. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and another master king bedroom with private bath upstairs with a door that leads out to a relaxing balcony. Three flat screen smart TVs with cable and high speed internet are located throughout the unit and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a Margaritaville brand frozen margarita mixer is ready to whip up your favorite concoction. A washer/dryer is included along with all bathroom necessities, with the exception of personal toiletries of course.

Sunset Walk is a newly established area of retail shops with numerous unique restaurants and plenty of free parking less than a mile from the cottage. It is an easy 15 minute stroll along ponds, waterways, and natural habitats for those desiring to work up an appetite or get some extra exercise. Additionally, Sunset Walk offers up an ice cream shop, a candy store, live music, an arcade, and frequent classic car shows on Saturday nights.

Orlando’s newest waterpark, Island H2O Live, is easily within walking distance as well and is located adjacent to Sunset Park. This waterpark offers exciting family fun with cutting edge technology in a completely interactive environment and is a great way to spend a day when not enjoying one of the many theme parks in the area.
