Our goal is to provide guests with a convenient starter supply for their arrival, but we understand that for a 7-night stay, the quantities provided may not have met your expectations. We’ll review how we can improve the initial supply and also make sure the listing is clear about exactly what is and isn’t provided. We’re also sorry to hear about the difficulty your group experienced with community entry and the tiki bar. Those amenities and access procedures are managed by the community rather than our property team, but we understand how frustrating that can be for guests and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
