THE LIVING SPACE



The house has a contemporary architecture and a refined style. The dining room and the kitchen open onto a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and dominating the forest.

A cozy lounge area with high ceiling is equipped with a TV and a fireplace.

Upstairs, an office area and its sunny balcony provide privacy.

You will enjoy sunny afternoons by the heated swimming pool secured by an alarm.

A barbecue is at your disposal for lunches and dinners outside.



THE BEDROOMS



The house has 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor, the master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, a shower room, a dressing room and separate toilets. Upstairs a second suite has a queen size bed and a shower room, a 3rd bedroom is also equipped with a queen size bed and a balcony. The last bedroom for children consists of a bunk bed (with an additional drawer bed) and 2 single beds. These last two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and bathtub.

You can park several vehicles within the grounds of the property.

The house is located a few minutes by car from the town of Arcangues, its golf course and its shops.

The city center of Biarritz, its beaches and its restaurants are accessible within 15min. You can also buy fresh products from the local shops of Les Docks de la Négresse in Biarritz (3.5km away).
