Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
It’s ok
My family stayed two nights here.
Pros: washer, full kitchen with plates, etc. Sabine is a nice host. The apartment is nice, clean. On-site parking, quite area. Sommier and Montpellier are near and nice areas to explore. Our small dogs were welcome.
Cons: no air conditioning upstairs, so hot we all slept downstairs. Bathroom is upstairs and open to bedroom area only separated by a curtain. Not an issue since we all slept downstairs. except for when you or your small children need to use the toilet in the middle of the night. The stairs are extremely steep. I couldn’t let my 5 yo go up and down by himself.
The pool, we thought how fun! A pool! But it wasn’t fun for my kids. We arrived and went to eat and pick up a few groceries. We came back at 8 pm to swim. Sabine and family were having dinner outside next to the pool. My kids are 10 and 12. They like to dive for their dive rings, swim and splash. It was awkward because they were not comfortable doing any of this. Yes, there is a language barrier. We speak English, German and Spanish but not French. It was just awkward and uncomfortable. So we didn’t stay long at the pool.
Suggestions for the apartment: trash bin and hand soap upstairs, and air conditioning. A fan does not cut it.
It’s a nice place and area but maybe not for kids.
