They have been designed to make you feel "like at home".

Ideally located in Arras, our residence "Au Détour Des Places" is a 3-minute walk from the Grand'Place and a 7-minute walk from the Place des Héros, the square where the Belfry is located. You will find on these squares many restaurants and cafes.

Our lodgings offer you great services for your stay (equipped kitchen, quality bedding, wifi, television, fan). We have also planned everything if you come with a little boutchou (baby equipment).

The residence is ideally located. You can discover the charm of the city on foot. Free car parks are located a few minutes from our apartments.

If you come by train, the station is a short 10 minute walk away.

Whether you come with friends, family, colleagues or alone, we welcome you with pleasure in our small residence "Au Détour Des Places".

We welcome you from 4 p.m. Late arrivals are possible, we send you the access codes so that you can be independent.


A few steps are to be climbed in the entrance of the residence to arrive in this very bright apartment, completely renovated with quality services.

It can accommodate up to 6 people, and a baby (under 2 years old).

We offer a living room of 31m² with a fully equipped kitchen, a small living room with a sofa bed and television.

Two flexiblex bedrooms, one of 12m², and the other of 13m², each equipped with a dressing room. To access it, there is a staircase (which is a bit straight).

A bathroom with shower.

Separate toilets.

The bathroom and toilet are on the same level as the living room.
