Across the street from La Posada Hotel, two blocks from both the Historic Plaza and the infamous Canyon Road, this cute studio offers the best possible urban Downtown location, comfort, luxury, beauty and ultimate proximity to everything. Built as the artist's studio to the Historic Elliot Barker House (Smokey Bear's Father), it has everything you need: spacious front yard, private entrance from Palace Ave, TV, mid size fridge, coffee, electric oven/microwave, a queen bed and a pull-out sofa.

This beautiful space is comfortable, stylish and equipped with all the amenities needed for your stay in our magical Santa Fe. The living/kitchenet space is comfortable for basic food preparation. The sofa bed can accommodate an additional child for a total capacity of three at a nominal upcharge for linens. The studio is great for 2 adults that willing to share the queen size bed that is separated from the living area by wall-to-wall drapes which also add a dreamy feeling to the functional use of the space and privacy.

The fast Internet/WiFi service will make your telecommute and remote work an absolute breeze. 50-inch Roku TV will provide you access to any content through streaming services you subscribe to. Amazon Prime and YouTube Red are included.

The spacious bathroom is equipped with a tub, the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing or strolling through the Plaza and Canyon Road on a shopping mission.

Parking: One parking pass will be provided for free street parking on any metered spot on East Palace.

Guest Access: Contactless check in and access to the property is through an electronic keypad. The access to the studio is from the historic East Palace Ave. The Palace Studio is to the right of the main estate and the guest guide, access information and the electronic keycode will be sent to you a few days prior to your arrival.

Additional cleaning for 8+ day stays: Guests who stay over 8 days will receive a mid-stay cleaning at a $100 fee. Guests who stay over 8 days will receive a mid-stay cleaning at a $100 fee. Pets are not allowed

Neighborhood: Downtown Santa Fe is vibrant with pedestrians, street exhibits, many many exquisite restaurants, museums and the Historic Plaza. This majestic home is on the infamous East Palace Avenue. This beautiful street is called Palace as it leads, only one block down, to the Palace of the Governors which looms over the historic Plaza where everything happens. During your short walk down to the Plaza, you will encounter restaurants, museums, galleries as well as Santa Fe's most prestigious resorts catering to visitors who prefer to stay in Old Town. On your left, you will see first the La Posada Resort, then the Drury Resort before the beautiful gardens of the St. Francis Cathedral, Museum of Native American Arts and La Fonda, full of colors, people and joy.
