This custom-built 3,000 sq. ft. timber frame home offers a cozy escape for families and friends with its four bedrooms and a shared sleeping space in the finished basement, accommodating up to 12 guests.

Stream your favorite shows or catch up on some remote work with our high speed fiber optic internet. For outdoor enthusiasts, a wood-fired pizza oven, fire pit, and various yard games provide endless possibilities. Embrace the warmth of the wood stove during chilly evenings, and enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms and a washer/dryer.

Please note that access to the property is limited to registered guests, ensuring an intimate and exclusive experience. We have one outside security camera to ensure the safety of our guests. So much care and thought have gone into this property. Its peaceful setting has views for miles, and the smart interior layout creates a variety of spaces to gather and retreat as needed. The tasteful Christmas decorations made it feel especially welcoming for our December visit, but it would be delightful any time of year. The home is stocked with everything a large group could possibly need without feeling cluttered or overstuffed. It is as lovely in person as it appears online — immaculate, well designed and full of warmth. The hosts are very responsive and provide on online guide with all the helpful details and recommendations you could need. We loved this home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Hands down the best VRBO we have stayed at! Beautiful, Well-Built Home

We very much enjoyed our stay at Cayuga Hill Homestead. The hosts communicated promptly and left thoughtful check-in gifts and notes. Everyone who used the kitchen remarked on how well-outfitted it is. The house as a whole is well-appointed. Children especially enjoyed all of the board games, the foosball and ping pong tables, and the soaking tubs, Unlike many Vrbo homes, this house looked and felt new and luxurious. Amazing in Every Way

This is easily one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed in, with so much to offer – it's incredibly clean, comfortable, and charming. Daura and Jamal are fantastic hosts and have thought of everything. From the thoughtful notes, to the multiple well-placed refrigerators, to the throw blankets near the many couches and chairs. Not to mention the sound machines in every bedroom. The house itself has a lot of character and we marveled at the architecture. As others have said, the kitchen is very well stocked, which we took full advantage of. We also really enjoyed the hot tub, which was very well maintained. The views are beautiful and despite being remote, there's a great pizza place only 10 minutes away (Covered Bridge Market & Pizzeria – highly recommended!) We really couldn't have asked for anything more – this place is one of a kind.

Another Great Stay!

This was our second stay at the Cayuga Homestead! Despite the rainy weather, everything was excellent. We enjoyed the TV on the main floor and watched many movies and relaxed. Kids had fun playing games in the basement. Kitchen had everything we needed and we took advantage of the waffle maker this time. What a hit! Excellent communication from Daura. Highly recommend!

Family Thanksgiving

My children, grandchildren, and I thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at this beautiful home. It not only had the necessities, but it also had many extras like houseplants, an aroma diffuser, all the lotions and soaps we could use, games and activities, etc. There was plenty of kitchen equipment for us to make Thanksgiving dinner, pancakes, pizza, etc. And it is beautiful!

Lovely House, Lovely Hosts

Really clean, modern and well maintained property. The hosts are super friendly and accessable for any questions or issues, the latter of which we had none. The house is remote, which depending on what your looking for is a plus or minus. We loved it, stars and fireflies at night, quiet sunshine during the day. Fun basement playroom with Foosball and ping pong plus board games galore and art supplies for the kids. Like the title suggests, highly recommend if the property fits your needs.
