Cocoonr offers this charming 45 m² flat with sea view for rent in Saint-Malo, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower).

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).

The accommodation comprises

- A 22 m² living room with TV and wifi (fibre optics)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms with 1 double sofa bed and 2 single beds. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
- A bathroom with shower and WC

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. You can walk to Intra-Muros in less than 45 minutes along the beach. You can also reach Intra-Muros in 10 minutes by car.

Public transport :

- You can park directly in the flat's private car park.
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo (8 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes (1h by car) or Nantes (2h by car)
