In the district of Abatilles in Arcachon, in a superb Art Deco building from the middle of the last century, 200m walk from the famous Pereire beach, you will spend a wonderful weekend in this charming apartment with terrace and garden of about 60m², nestled in a very large park with a dedicated parking space. Everything here is gathered to be quiet while being right next to the Moulleau, its restaurants and beautiful stores. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay on the Bassin Arcachon.

The accommodation consists of :

- A living room of about 16m² open on the terrace, sofa and folding bed
- Fully equipped kitchen, with many cupboards, induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Smeg fridge, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, an island with bar and high stools. To start your stay, we provide you with some coffee capsules, different kinds of tea, sugar, washing machine and dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil, paper towels, toilet paper, shower gel
- Same system of bunk beds separated from the living room by a sliding partition. Sheets and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, bath mats, dish towels. Your beds will be made for your arrival.
- Bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin furniture, towel dryer, wc
- Private garden of 60m² with a wooden terrace surrounding the apartment and offering several different places to rest, outdoor table for 6 with chairs, another small table for coffee break for 2, 2 deckchairs, all bathed in sunlight, south west exposure, at the end of the park, a gate allows you to cut to direct you to the beach Pereire, stairs to go down that deserve a breathtaking view and direct access to swimming.

Transportation :

- You will be able to use a parking space that is assigned to you
- Arcachon train station at 5 km
- Bus line 3 at the bottom of the street
- Bus line 1 from Arcachon station to the Pyla dune, with interesting stops all the way, you can visit Le Moulleau (very beautiful church and view on the basin, restaurants, ice cream parlour etc., or the Dune Express bus which takes you directly there.
- Bordeaux airport at 65 km (52 minutes by car)

It is difficult to choose among the multitude of activities offered by the Bassin Arcachon. You will enjoy all its attractions, discover the spectacular district of the Ville d'Hiver with its superb houses, its park, its belvedere with an unobstructed view on the Bassin. At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, the port of La Teste awaits you with its famous oyster shacks, or in Gujan, at the market of La Teste of course or in Arcachon (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), and then go and conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla. If you feel like going to the sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers pier to Cap Ferret, the bird island, and the famous cabanes tchanquées. Departure of the shuttles in summer on the Moulleau pier (ask for the tide times...). The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth. Descent of the Leyre, in the ornithological park of Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak. Numerous cycle tracks will take you to Arcachon and on the other side to the Pyla dune.
