Very low light pollution out here so you can see all the stars and enjoy tranquility of nature. The home is located on a quiet circle which is great for walking or bike riding. You are only minutes away from Land Between the Lakes National Park and Lake Barkley State Park. Endless activities to access - 100+ miles of hiking trails, Elk and Bison Prairie, hunting, fishing, planetarium and observatory, boat and kayak rentals, seasonal horseback riding. outstanding restaurants and shopping are close by in Cadiz, KY.

Dock access just steps away from the property for $100 flat fee during your stay. Dock is not on property so you are responsible for all damages. Water level varies seasonally.

This 3,450 square foot home features a fully equipped kitchen and lake views from most rooms. The main floor includes the kitchen, a half bath, master suite with jetted tub and shower. Also, on the main level are living room, multiple dining areas, and a large sun room. Adjacent to the living room is an open air sun deck. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed; the second has two twin beds.

Gather the family in the basement TV room and relax in the comfy reclining couches. What a great place for a movie night or enjoying a game on the big screen. The downstairs level features a Twin XL over Queen Bunk bed, a Queen size Murphy cabinet bed and a Queen size private bedroom. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer, dryer and laundry sink. This level has its own bathroom with shower. Exit from the basement to the lower covered deck. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is available for rinsing off after a day at the lake. From there it's just a short walk to the fire pit and another large sun deck that overlooks the water. Take a stroll down the waterfront path that leads to a spacious landing area. Lounge, swim and enjoy!
