It features a shared heated swimming pool and a spacious 2,000 m² garden, as well as all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay: Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included.

The house is located on the Erquy/Cap Fréhel road, equidistant from the towns of Pléneuf-Val-André and Saint-Alban, in a quiet and green environment.

- The pool area is shared with the residents of the second house located on the same property. Parties are not allowed.
- Shared 2,000 m² garden, facing South-West.
- Private terrace of 25 m², South-facing, accessible from the living room, with garden furniture, sun loungers and charcoal barbecue.

Located in a hamlet between Saint-Alban and Pléneuf-Val-André (3 km from the town center, 4 km from the beaches), on the Erquy/Cap Fréhel road. All shops 3 km away, including a supermarket with drive-through service for your arrival.
