Thanks to the host!! This was an awesome experience and place to stay for our yearly golf trip. We had plenty of room to move around and the outside front porch area was so relaxing. I would do my best to book this location again if we and when we play courses on the south end.

Great Home in a Great Location

The home is everything as advertised, in a great location, with many great bars and restaurants within walking distance, but also only short car rides away from everything else you may want to do in Myrtle Beach. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone going on a group or family vacation.

The elevator didn’t work properly. We had trouble getting it to come down to the bottom floor. Didn’t realize when I booked the house that it only went to the first floor. I need hip replacement and the stairs were steep and difficult for me. There was also something shady that went on EVERY night right across the street from where we stayed. I wouldn’t even let the kids go out on the deck out of fear. Very serious problem. We are sure that they were dealing drugs. It literally would go on for hours. We scary situation! Other than the elevator horrible and the drug dealers everything else was good!

We’re sorry to hear you experienced difficulty with the elevator. After being notified, my husband came to the property as quickly as possible to inspect it, went over all instructions and confirmed it was in working order. While we make the elevator available for guests who may need it, it is not listed as a guaranteed amenity with the home. We also understand your concerns regarding activity you observed outside of the property. While we certainly want every guest to feel comfortable during their stay, we are not aware of any ongoing issues in the surrounding neighborhood, and this is the first time such a concern has been brought to our attention. Unfortunately, we are unable to control activity that occurs on neighboring properties.

Beautiful home, great location and host

The house is beautifully renovated and was large enough for a group of adults with plenty of outdoor space as well. Harry was super attentive and responsive but gave us our space. Great location close to the beach. Our entire group had a great time and we would highly recommend Memories on Magnolia !

Girls Getaway

We had a wonderful time on our weekend getaway and enjoyed our time at Memories on Magnolia. The house is lovely; very clean and great for accomodating a group. The pool was fabulous and offered plenty of room to relax in the sunshine or shade under the house.

Great place, location

Our family of 14 loved the stay! The location is perfect! Walking distance to beach, pier, shops. The house itself was so nice! We loved having the private pool and the deck area was also nice especially at night under the hanging lights. Check in process was easy and Heather was super communicative and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Summer Youth Retreat.

An Amazing Place!

Very short walk to beach, shops and food! Ample parking was a definite plus, along with the convenience of the elevator to bring up luggage! Each bedroom, including bunk rooms, all having their own bathrooms attached was a major plus as well! We especially enjoyed the pool and the large deck. This house had more than enough room for all 14 family members. A truly amazing place!

We are sorry you had some issues with the trash, because of the holiday weekend, the garbage company apparently didn’t pick up and we were not aware of that. We did send someone out as soon as you reached out to grab the trash off the property. As far as the pool, our pool guy comes 3x a week and if you felt it wasn’t clean, you could have reached out and I would have sent him out right away to get it taken care of. We always tell our guests to reach out with any concerns so we can resolve them as soon as possible.

Wonderful Week

Our family has been renting large vacation homes for over 20 years. Beginning with the booking, it was clear that these owners are exceptional at this. Impressively responsive throughout the process, including our stay. The house was very well decorated...just like the pictures. This property is highly recommended.

Our family had an amazing stay at Memories on Magnolia. The property is just as described and the pictures do not do justice! Harry was so quick to answer any questions I had and left the sweetest card and welcome gift. The location was super, walking distance to the beach, pier and stores.
