Wonderful beach house with everything we needed and more! The kitchen was very well equipped for all of our cooking. A bathroom for every guest room was a real plus. We loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. Lots of pool and beach items at our disposal was also a plus. We loved it!!

GREAT PLACE VERY CLEANLOTS OF STAIRS WITH 3 LEVEL- IF ANY PROBLEMS WITH WALKING UP STAIRSPOOL WAS GREAT TILL THE EVENING WHEN CRAZY OUT OF HAND TEENS AND DRUNK ADULTS ARRIVE IN THE POOL.NOTE ON THE ROAD- SO ROAD NOISE OF GOLF CARTS GOING UP AND DOWN TILL MIDNIGHT- BUT NOT BAD.WELL WORTH IT!!!

The Host and the Property were fabulous! Excellent communication and ease if rental could not have been better! The only problem was with the pool area and lack of supervision. Gate was proped open and people from other areas were there as well as people jumping from the rocks! Other than that one of the best places to stay on the island!

Check in was easy as well as checking out. Was perfect walking distance to the beach. The kids loved the pool that was across the drive. The kitchen was stocked with full sets of pots and pans. There was also dishes and regular kitchen supplies. Everything was clean and amazing! All the people were friendly! Will definitely be going back!

Our stay was wonderful!! The check in process was super easy and the hosts, Heather and Larry were so helpful. The house had everything you could need and was absolutely beautiful. Definitely would recommend it to everyone!!

Kudos to the owners who allowed us to use their beautiful beach home. The highlight is the amenities because the garage was included with an extra fridge, beach toys, beach gear, and much more. Beds were comfortable and the house temperature was on point. Everyone enjoyed the stay and will definitely book again.

Celebrating birthdays and college graduation

Our extended family (7 adults and 1 18-month old) spent three nights at this location. We were all very comfortable. The communication was great with the owner and they provided very clear instructions. The property was very well maintained and well stocked. They had just about anything you needed. Highly recommend.

House was amazing!

The house was clean, fully stocked and very nice! It was the perfect setup for us, with the main living on the second floor. We had small children in the upper and lower bedrooms and they were able to nap and sleep easily without being woken up. It was a short drive to the beach and super close to anything we needed. The pool was great for the kids! A very shallow end was great for toddlers and babies and the waterfalls and slide were fun for us all! We plan to stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time! The property was super clean and exactly as described. The owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed in order to have a good time including some extras like beach chairs, a wagon and boogie boards. The beach was a quick walk from the house and the pool was great when we didn’t want to deal with the sand. I loved all of the little balconies and patios. They were great to sit on in the morning and the evening. We had a group ranging ages 8-72 and everyone had a blast. I highly recommend staying here.

Great property and home

This is a great community and home. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials you would expect, plus a crockpot and blender! Having access to the garage was helpful for storing beach supplies. The heated pool is a game-changer on cooler days! When we originally booked, the upstairs bedroom had five twin beds and between booking and staying, the configuration of beds was modified to three twins and a queen. I noticed this when looking through pictures the week before our trip. While technically sleeping the same number of people, this did affect our plans. Being that the sleeping arrangements were a primary reason we booked this home, it would have been great to have been notified of this change when it happened. When planning what to bring, it may be helpful to know toiletries and household supplies were minimal. Overall, we would stay again and recommend.

We had such a lovely time at the property. The host was very communicative and answered every question very quickly. The pool was lovely and it was an easy walk to the beach, even with little ones.
