Your Escape to paradise with our recently renovated beach house (2021), ready to make your vacation dreams come true in 2024. Just a quick 2-minute stroll takes you to your private beach access, ensuring sun-soaked days and breathtaking sunsets.

The Perfect Haven for Everyone
Whether you're planning a getaway with your extended family, 2-3 families, a group of friends, or 3-4 couples, our beach house is designed to accommodate and delight.

Comfortable Retreat
The main house boasts huge open dining-living space, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the second floor, providing both space and privacy for everyone. If you must work during your vacay, we provided a desk for you on the second floor with fast wifi, but don't stay there too much:)

Great Location

This property is located near many walking distance amenities. A couple of blocks to the gulf, ice cream, coffee shop, take out food place and shopping. Lots of malls near by - but we did not go to. the property has a refreshing pool.

Spring Break '23

This property hosted 16 adults very well. The check-in and out process was seamless. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool being heated was a nice touch. The beach gear was nice to have especially the cart to get stuff to and from the beach, only a 3 min walk. The host was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had before and during our stay. A truly wonderful week!

Dear Bouthan, We are deeply disappointed by your 1-star review, as your reservation was fully cancelled and refunded; Especially after we went above and beyond to accommodate your concerns. We promptly offered to send a team of four cleaners at 9 pm, despite your check-in being at 3 pm, but you declined. Additionally, we agreed to cancel your reservation immediately, and you received a FULL REFUND, even though the house required another cleaning after only three hours, with all beds, baths, having been used and left messy. We have never had something like this in our 5 years of servicing and hosting hundreds of happy and greatful guests, in our beautiful vacation rentals We always strive to provide the best service and maintain high standards. The home does look exactly as described in the pictures and we regret that this experience, despite how we professionally handled it for your favor, wasn't enough for you, not to hurt us with this poor review and response and risk our livelihood. Spring Break

The property was everything as described. We had a small hiccup with the WiFi on day 2 but the owner quickly resolved it, though it wasn’t too big an issue as the weather was perfect and it was a great excuse to put our devices away. We opted to have the pool heated and enjoyed pool lounging every evening. There were only 7 of us, plus a dog, and we could have easily brought another family slings

Perfect Spot

Just a two minute walk to the beach makes beach life easy staying here. Everything you could think of provided for cooking meals in too. Sweet that they provided some chairs and other beach toys too. Bedding was comfortable for all. So close to many main restaurants and the famous Bad Ass coffee shop was just a two min walk. Host were easy to contact and respond with any issue that could arise. There was an extra room provided in separate garage but I personally wouldn’t place anyone in it because of the high humidity in it it did have a strong odor but I think it may have been a hard fix. Plenty of room in the house for everyone. I would recommend this house completely to anyone looking.

Family vacation success

It was all together a good experience. The property was large enough that each family had their own space. You did have to go outside to move between the two floors in the guest house, the stairs were outside. The property was close enough to to beach and walking distance to a few other stores! We loved having to pool outside. Some small suggestions would be to add a few area rugs to help catch sand (which inevitable got everywhere) and water from the pool, as we ended up using towels. It would have been nice to have a few additional basics in the kitchen like salt and pepper but the pots and pans were appreciated. All together a great stay and we would stay again!

Nice cute location near the beach

Overall the experience was good. House was in nice location with easy access to the private beach. Neighborhood was good and house had most of the things we needed for the stay. Very close to stores like CVS is just around the corner and Publix is just 3 miles away. Minor issues like there was no backyard to run around and play, pool was smaller than expected. Cleanliness was not top notch - we found a dead frog type of animal in the kitchen and some of the utensils had food stains.

Great House

Overall experience was good, communication from host was A+++. The layout of the house and bedding situation worked well for our mostly adult family and few children. The beach is a short walk and pleasantly not overcrowded. The chair rental was a bummer as we did not have wrist bracelets with this house so the rental would not take our money for chair rental. The owner heated the pool the last few days of our vacation at no charge which we did not need but was a very nice jester. So Thank you Liat!

Great Home but not so great beach access

Had 0 issues with this beach house it accommodated my group of 14 with no problems. Kitchen and living room had plenty of room for us to all spend time together. The only downside of this rental was the beach access. At 9am an umbrella company sets up their chairs/umbrellas all along the beach front where our access is. They don't leave any gaps between umbrellas so you can barely see the ocean or if you have children you won't be able to keep an eye on them from the beach. My family tried walking down the beachfront to the left and right of all of the umbrellas but then we would just have someone come up to us telling us that we are on private property and we would have to leave. All in all our vacation at this home was great as long as you don't mind the poor beach access.

Nestled at 40 Sarasota Street, in beautiful Destin, Florida, our home is a mere 2-3 minute stroll from a private beach access, offering you the ultimate sun, sea, and sand experience.

🏖️ Our beach house underwent a fabulous renovation in 2021, transforming it into the ideal retreat for your next vacation. Whether you're here with your extended family, a group of friends, or as couples seeking a romantic escape, we've designed our home to cater to all your needs.

🛌 The main house boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, are conveniently located on the main floor (suitable for the elders), while the master bedroom awaits you on the second floor, with a stand alone gorgeous tub and a separate office space.

🏡 Venture into the fenced backyard to discover the guest house (renovated Jan 2024), where another inviting bedroom with a shower awaits—perfect for teens seeking their own space. On the second floor of the guest house, a second full kitchen, a cozy sofa, and a 55" TV to create an entertainment haven for the kids. The two guest house rooms are connected by an outside staircase, offering a unique and charming touch.
