The Emerald Coast’s newest vacation rental is off the hook. Seriously, it’s even in the name! Located in Destin’s Miramar Beach, Off the Hook is an expansive vacation property with a four-level home and accompanying guest house. Here, coastal luxury meets laidback energy to create the ideal vacation atmosphere. Hardwood floors, sunny windows, and tropical décor contribute to the beachy ambiance. With impressive amenities, including a private pool, a game room, and a putting green, there’s something fun for everyone. The property boasts 8 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms (7 full baths, 3 half baths) and can host up to 26 beachgoers.

Entry to the main house is on the second floor. This level is dedicated to three guest bedrooms and a den with kitchenette. Two bedrooms each have a king-size bed, private bath, and flatscreen TV. One of the king bedrooms also has access to a private balcony, where guests can enjoy the beautiful Florida whether, a cold drink, and each other’s company. The third bedroom has two queen-size beds, a TV, and en-suite bath. The den and kitchenette offer bonus living space for visitors on this level. The kitchenette has ample cabinet space and a mini breakfast bar with two raised seats. In the den, a comfortable couch and drink table sit near glass doors that open onto a balcony overlooking the private pool.

The main, open great room is on the third floor. With multiple windows, cream and white furnishings, shiplap accents, and tall ceilings, the bright living area embodies ease and relaxation. The living room features a white couch and four oversized armchairs, and the seating ensemble faces an extra-large flatscreen TV mounted above a white shelving unit. Glass doors lead to an open-air veranda with outdoor seating. Hardwood floors flow from the living room into the state-of-the-art kitchen, which boasts stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinets, and a sleek bar with straw-stool seating. A dining area off the kitchen includes a table and chairs beneath a beaded chandelier, while a separate breakfast nook features a round table and six chairs beside a sunny window. The second floor has a guest bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite bath, and access to a romantic balcony.

Additional sleeping quarters, including the coastal-inspired master suite, are on the fourth level of the main house. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, reading chair, wall-mounted TV, cottage-style furnishings, and balcony access. It has a luxury bath with marble flooring, dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and deep soaking tub. Another guest bedroom with two queen-size beds shares a full hall bath with a kid’s bunkroom with two twin bunks. A bonus den and access to a rooftop observation deck complete the space, ensuring maximum enjoyment of this home’s amazing location.

On the first floor of Off the Hook’s guest house, there is a fantastic game room with a pool table and wet bar. Upstairs, there is a cozy living room with a white wraparound couch, oversized armchair, and TV. An adjacent kitchen/dining room combo has stainless-steel appliances and a round table. This level has a bedroom with a queen-size bed and another with a twin bunk.

The main house and guest house are connected by a private pool and furnished patio. Take advantage of your personal oasis with a refreshing swim or by lounging under the warm sun. You might also want to challenge your fellow vacationers to a friendly competition on the putting green.

In addition to awesome living quarters and entertainment options, guests will love its convenient location.
