Large modern house with a fenced in back yard very close to Rainey st. and great restaurants and about a 10-12 minute walk to the Fairmont hotel/future convention center area if you are visiting for business. The neighborhood was nice and felt overall safe though I would still not walk alone as a woman at night along the highway exit that takes you into downtown. If you are with a group, it is perfect! The house had what we needed in the kitchen, bright and airy, and our host was extremely accommodating and responsive. As an FYI, the smallest twin room is actually only accessed via the primary bedroom through the primary bathroom (previous closet). Perfect if you have a small child you want staying close by or you are very, VERY, good friends with the person staying in this room. The two queens on the main level is only accessible via the laundry room and gets pretty warm if the door is closed but they provided a fan in this room. You need to keep the door open for this room through the night to not get stuffy but otherwise it was comfortable and there was so much room for our entire group to spread out and have our own spaces. Otherwise, everything was exactly as described and we very much enjoyed our stay! We would definitely stay again.

Great location for walkability and plenty of rooms / space. More minor issues were around cleanliness of furniture and bathroom installments.

My family - 9 of us, plus day visitors - enjoyed a 4 night stay over Christmas! The bedrooms accommodated us all very well. We found the house nice and clean, like it had actually been DEEP cleaned - not just wiped down. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, pots & pans, etc. We loved the location! It's a great neighborhood to explore & walk down to the trails by the lake. Also a quick walk to Rainey Street. Ubers arrived in 1-2 minutes routinely. I would definitley bring a group back!

Spacious and clean

Well-appointed with nice amenities. Urban Stay staff was helpful. In hindsight, we probably ahould have reached out for help adjusting the A-C, because we were there for a particularly hot week and it was a little too warm for our group. Great location. Surprisingly quiet.

Amazing house and location!

The house location was amazing!! It was a short walk / scooter ride anywhere we wanted to go or a really inexpensive Uber ride if the summer heat was to much. The beds were the most comfortable beds anyone in the group stayed in on a trip. Property managers were super helpful and responsive for any questions we had!

Great 5 Bedroom house

We had a great stay and location was perfect for us. Host was helpful and accommodating. However, read this property description carefully. It says 8 sleeping areas, 7 bedrooms and 6 bedrooms. In fact, there are 5 bedrooms plus a room that can only be accessed by going through both another bedroom and bathroom. Two of our party of 12 found alternate housing rather than give up their privacy.
