This spacious home offers four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, making it ideal for larger families or groups. Both full bathrooms are fully remodeled — one with a walk-in shower and one with a bathtub.

The driveway accommodates up to three tandem-parked vehicles, with additional free street parking available in front.

Waffle & Coffee Bar: Enjoy complimentary waffle mix, maple syrup, and chocolate & caramel sauces — plus coffee with hazelnut, vanilla, and caramel flavor syrups for your morning pick-me-up.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with stainless-steel appliances, cookware, utensils, and dinnerware — everything you need to cook at home.

Dining: Large table with seating for six, perfect for gathering and sharing meals.

Living Room: Oversized sectional, 55” Roku TV, desk area for remote work, and fiber-optic Wi-Fi throughout.

This home comfortably accommodates larger families or groups, offering space, entertainment, and modern comfort for everyone.

The easiest way to get around is by car or walking distance to a few places such as Chipotle and Starbucks.

At this time, we are not accepting reservations from local guests. Please reach out for approval if requesting to book as a local guest with the reason for your visit.

Pets – Fee is $75 per pet. Please reach out if bringing more than 1 pet. 2 pet maximum. No cats.

This is a pet friendly rental, despite the efforts of the cleaners, we can not guarantee no remnants of dog hair will be found in the property.

Please note, we require a signed contract and identification on file before the booking is finalized to meet local licensing requirements. Must be 25 or older to book.

We have security cameras at the front and back entrances for the safety of our guests and our property. They are triggered by motion detection and record video and sound.
