Welcome to "The Perfect View" - a gulf front home nestled in the heart of Old Seagrove, where you can experience the true essence of life on the Emerald Coast.

This charming single-level home features 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, offering ample space for relaxation. Inside, you'll find two inviting living areas, a spacious sunporch, and a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six, with three additional seats at the counter.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to ensure your comfort. Two bedrooms feature king beds and private baths, providing a luxurious retreat. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and shares a bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower. For additional sleeping options, there's a bunk room with twin-over-twin bunks and two single beds, as well as a fifth bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed.

Step outside and revel in the breathtaking ocean view from the patio, or unwind in the private gazebo while swinging gently. The outdoor amenities also include an outdoor shower, a laundry room, and a beach storage room.

Please take note of the house rules and guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay on the Emerald Coast:
- The fireplace is not functional.
- Use the charcoal grill only on concrete surfaces and under safe wind conditions. Grilling in the gazebo is prohibited.
- The house is equipped with wall and window air conditioning units, not central air conditioning.
- Keep the laundry room door open when the kitchen AC unit power is on.
- For optimal cooling, select "Cool" or "Auto" on the AC units. The "Fan" setting runs the fan without cooling.

- This home does not provide a golf cart.
- Bikes are not included.

It truly is "The Perfect View"!!

The home is EXACTLY like the pictures, so no surprises! My family loved it! My mom is 90, so stairs to the beach were a little much for her, but the view was worth it. Location great, we checked restaurants out in Seaside, Seagrove, and Panama City Beach. It's not a plush home per say, but very clean and very spacious with 2 different sitting rooms, patio, and the best part of the home was "The Gazebo" overlooking the beach. Thanks again!

The PERFECT LOCATION!!

We absolutely loved this location!! Right on the beach and close to lots of shops and restaurants! Our beach area was not overcrowded like some areas. And The Gazebo was one of our favorite spots!! Great for morning coffee and catching a break at the end of the day. I was looking forward to the feel of an old Florida beach house and this did not disappoint. While this is an older home, it was clean, well stocked, and accommodated our multi-family of 12 very nicely. We were slightly concerned we'd stay cool enough with window a/c units but we were comfortable throughout our stay. We hope to return next year!!

Great location, needs some TLC

This is a good size house and well stocked. The view was amazing and being able to walk down the steps to the beach was wonderful. The gazebo was our favorite part of the property! It is also close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. Having the shower head outside to rinse off was very nice, just be aware that it is not enclosed, so it is really for rinsing only. We did have some issues with cockroaches and spiders in the unit. We killed 8 or 9 cockroaches and a number of spiders. The unit was fairly clean, but it looked like out of sight areas like under beds and furniture had not been cleaned in a while, which we discovered while looking for my son's toy car. There were a couple simple things we noticed that would make the property even better: -The electronic lock went out during our stay. Fortunately we were inside when it happened so we were not locked out, but having a physical key available as a backup would be nice. -The gazebo could use another rail to close the large gap between the top rail and bottom two rails. The gap is at a very dangerous height if you have small children. -The screened-in porch was very nice, but some of the window screens need to be replaced. Overall we really enjoyed the house and location and had a great vacation. With just a little bit of TLC this would be an amazing property!

Needs serious TLC/ refund should be given!

Where do I start? Roaches, spiders, caterpillars which the gaps above, below and beside doors allow for. Cords in front of steps, toilets not flushing, stained curtains, moldy smells that aggravate asthma and allergies (mold in furniture found), paint chipping, light fixtures hanging, Romex used outside that is against codes, no maintenance, undisclosed cameras, outdated stained furniture, mold growing in coffee pot, cords hanging for small children to get hurt on, dangerous gazebo for small children, pile of old wood with nails lying beside drive, and much more. I have videos and photos with a 3 page letter prepared. Keypad lock did not work, house was left open. We left the next day. Coastal Dreamin' will say we brought a dog and violated the lease. My son picked her up as she was crated outside until he could get her. This lease was fraud from the beginning due to recording both audio and video without our consent. Florida is a 2 party state and VRBO requires owners to disclose in the listing about cameras which they did not and still have not updated it. I have consulted an attorney and codes on this home. I am also trying to get in touch with VRBO about this and they need to see what is going on with this house! Horrible place!

Let us first start by saying we have hosted 21 different families in this home, and we have never had a single complaint about the cleanliness or this home or the home needing any additional TLC. When we looked further into this guest's stay, and reviewed the correspondence with this guest, we discovered why they would leave such a review. This home is clearly advertised as an animal-free home. The guest arrived and we have video of her approaching the camera (clearly not realizing the camera has audio), and she is instructing a family member to bring the dog around the back of then home while she blocks the camera. Then she continues to wrap a t-shirt around the camera, securing it in place with a hair-tie. Alarmed and uncomfortable with this guest's behavior, the homeowner asks our staff to stop by the home to make sure everything is okay. When our staff arrived, they clearly asked her if she had a dog with her, and she lied and said "no". When the staff member told her that the homeowner had video of the dog being brought around the back of the home, she said, "its just a small dog". The homeowner, completely uncomfortable with this guest staying in their home after they have tried to deceive our staff and show clear disregard for the polices in the mutually-agreed upon contract, asked that we evict the guest. This guest was ultimately evicted for violating the rental agreement. We hope this sheds some light on the context of her review, and we kindly ask that vrbo remove this review, as it does not authentically describe a guest's experience. A Perfect Week at A Perfect View

It was a perfect week at the beach! Three families stayed at A Perfect View. We had such a good time. The house was great…plenty of room for everyone. We made some wonderful memories and would definitely rent again.

Perfect Beach Cottage

We loved the house and Seagrove. This property is comfortable for a big group with several places to congregate inside and outside. The Gazebo” is brilliant! and was our favorite hang out spot. Would definitely rent it again.
