This 4-bedroom plus loft, 4.5-bathroom premium home accommodates up to 12 people with ease. And since all four bedrooms that are full suites with private bathrooms, it’s perfect for multiple families and couples to share! The living area is bright, open and spacious, with vaulted ceilings and huge windows overlooking the river. There’s a spectacular floor-to-ceiling river-rock gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV for relaxing and enjoying a movie or the game. Plus, there’s a huge family/game room area downstairs with another huge flat-screen TV and a gaming table. Both living areas feature plenty of seating options for relaxing and conversation.

The kitchen won’t disappoint, either. There’s an extra-large, professional quality gas range with two ovens and all the gear you’ll need to easily whip up everything from breakfast and snacks to large holiday meals. You’ll love the abundant granite counter space. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of options, too. The large dining table can seat up to 14. There’s a smaller table with seating for four, and there’s room for more seating at the counter.

Outside, there are multiple places to relax and enjoy the river views. There’s also a hot tub and large gas grill. Depending on the time of year, don’t be surprised to see fox, deer, elk and even the occasional moose venturing down to the water for a drink. (Please remember to maintain a safe distance and never try to interact with wildlife).

The home also features a laundry room with a full-sized washer/dryer and parking for up to five vehicles. Other amenities include Wi-Fi throughout the home and basic toiletries. Summit Mountain Rentals provides all linens and each of our homes is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible.

Main Level:

Lower Level:
- Bedroom 2 (queen suite): queen bed, private door to bathroom with two sinks and tub/shower.
- Bedroom 3 (bunk suite): 3 twin bunk beds, 1 twin-over-full bunk bed, private bathroom with two sinks and tile walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 4 (bunk suite): 2 twin bunk beds, 1 twin-over-queen bunk bed, private bathroom with two sinks and tub/shower.

- A $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
