A perfect week!

This property was clean, well kept, and a lovely stay. The location of the actual complex was ideal as well as the complex itself having more than enough amenities. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and stress-free. Would stay here again.

We are so happy with our stay. We had a great experience here everything was clean and organized well. The staff and security went above and be to help is with a lost life jackets. Great area close to good and ahops. Anda an amazing ocean veiw we say manatee and dolphins!!! We will be back for sure

What a view!

We had a great vacation in PCB! The host had excellent communication with emails, texts and videos on parking. Our room was clean and fresh. We got texts on suggestions for things to do for fun and access to lots of coupons. The Origins building has a sky view to watch the sunset and a open sky deck on 4th floor that has a pool and hot tub.

Great 1st time experience

This was my 1st time booking a location near the beach and it didn't disappoint. The property is in a great location: walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and activities. Communication with the hosts was easy and they give out all of the instructions ahead of time. This was a solo vacation; however, I would rent from them for a family vacation.

Very cute condo

Thank you for a great experience! The condo was very nice! I was so worried about being across the street and not on the beach. But we had a very good view! And you could still hear the waves from the balcony. The condo was very clean. The complex is great!

Nice clean room

We were moved to this room because we extended our stay and our first room wasn't available so we went from a 1 bedroom condo to a studio and with 2 adults and a kiddo was an adjustment . However the view was nice, room was super clean, bed was very comfy. However if you plan to cook this room really isn't for that because it's small for cooking but if you don't plan to cook, it's perfect. Beautifully decorated and great shower!

Definitely Recommend!

We loved our stay! The room was very clean, the location was great, wonderful view, & the host was wonderful with communication and any questions. Our only problem would be parking. There is a parking garage, but not nearly enough spaces in the garage, so we did have to park in the overflow lot when we arrived. We learned that if you get back before 9pm, you’re more likely to get a spot in the garage. The overflow lot isn’t terrible, just a little bit more of a walk & not as secure. The security at the resort was very helpful in regards to parking & answered any questions we had. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We plan to stay again!

Good condo for a short family beach trip.

Condo was not as clean as previous reviews stated. Food was splattered in the kitchen, sticky spots on floor, and top of fridge was very dusty. It was not disgusting but could have been cleaned better. Ice maker makes a horrible knocking sound that woke us up the first night, we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Otherwise, condo is exactly as listed. Its a good size for a family of four. It is very well decorated. Condo is in a great location, short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Perfect!

This was the first vacation that my husband and I took alone without our daughter in over 10 years and she's now graduated & going to college. This was long overdue & we had the best time. The condo was exactly as pictured and exceeded our expectations the cleanliness is was way above the norm & smell so good when we walked in. I could actually walk barefoot on the floors and not feel grossed out. Now I am a clean freak so when I say this place was perfect that is saying a lot. The decor was adorable & tasteful…not overly done or cheap looking. View was amazing & location was great! We parked and never had to drive again the whole weekend as everything we would need was in walking distance. If I had to say anything that was not positive I would say the parking garage was pretty tight. Only because we have a truck & those aren't easy to park anyways depending on size of truck. However there is an overflow parking lot that is literally right there. So really everything was perfect & we will be back & using the same host! Your standards in the management/cleanliness & decorating of your properties meets this picky renter's expectations 10/10 all the way!

Everything I needed for a quick beach getaway

This place was beautiful, easy check in and check out process, excellent location, and very reasonably priced. I wish I could have stayed longer! This was my first time not staying directly on the beach, but it was ocean view and a quick walk across the street. The sunset deck was also amazing !
