You complained 20 minutes into the trip. I accommodated every request you had. $600 mattress toppers that you stated made the beds more comfortable. No one else has ever complained about them. The laundry had been washed with a very nice detergent called “ZUM”. You left the place destroyed, ruined the house manual and threw it in a basket soaking wet. Left soaking wet towels on the hardwood floor instead of the laundry bin right next to them labeled dirty towels. Food all over the carpet and walls (had to shampoo the carpets) left trash, candy wrappers, food, empty shopping bags and shoe boxes in every room, left garbage in every bathroom, food in the fridge, towels were stained and were replaced as well as a shower curtain stained red from the red bar soap that was left a mushy mess all over the shower floor. You then decide to lie and say there are bed bugs AFTER you were asked to pay for the additional cleaning and pay for the items you damaged. Had there been bedbugs you would have notified us immediately. No one else has had the issues you are claiming. I even looked for other rentals to accommodate you and your family and none of those were good enough for you either. There is a large full bottle of dish soap and another one filled with a floor cleaning solution. So that was another lie. The photos of the damages and cleaning were submitted to VRBO and they clearly saw that you were lying when you said you didn’t destroy the house manual and didn’t leave the place trashed.
