Our casita fits up to 8 people with three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, beautiful high ceilings, spacious balcony, grilling area and breathtaking ocean views of one of Puerto Rico's most beautiful beaches. Our casita is built to enhance the natural beauty of our setting. Located right next to the original Cocoloba casitas and steps away from our brand new Beach Bar


Our cozy casita is filled with beach inspired details. From photographs and art depicting the picturesque Crash Boat scene and community to rustic shabby chic decor !! Comfortable kitchen and living room area with lots of natural light overlooking the ocean. Spacious grilling area and beautiful tropical gardens surround the house to create a more private feel for all of our guests !

Our brief 2 night stay was amazing. This is a special location where you can walk out the front door and right onto the beach. It is wonderful to have the restaurant right next door. Will definitely return.

Awesome beach house and beautiful beach. The view is espectacular. The layout of the house is great, and loved the balcony. I would suggest some screens in the living and kitchen area so that area can be cooler. It gets pretty hot and opening the windows and doors is not an option because of mosquitoes. Also, maybe some board games.It has great parking space. The house pretty clean and well decorated.

Beautiful and clean property, plenty of space, and it fit what we wanted. We stayed Fri-Sun--if you're looking for a weekend at the beach, but sleeping in comfort (rather than roughing it), this was IT! Based on other reviews we were prepared and came with some citronella candles for the evening, rented beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach, expected some music till late and brought our own condiments for food. We were a party of 6, the young teenagers loved the bunk beds, and the 2 couples were very comfortable in their own bedrooms. We used the BBQ downstairs and enjoyed that space too. Live music Saturday evening at the beach bar just steps from the house. The kitchen has all the equipment you need if you wish to cook -we did breakfast- just like others have mentioned, bring your own condiments/spices. There's a hose by the staircase to wash the sand off your feet before you go upstairs--it really helps keep everything clean. There were a few visitors on the porch (kitty, dogs), but we did not pay too much mind to them and they kept going. But, yes, keep the doors closed, as you don't want them nor mosquitoes inside. All in all, would recommend!

Perfect location and spectacular house

I went with my family including two infants and the place was perfect. The location of the place is one of the best I’ve been in the island, right on the beach!Check in process was easy and the house has everything you can ask for!Definitely will be coming back

We love crashboat and this place is perfect. Super cozy great indoor and outdoor space. The only thing would change is to just keep salt and pepper in kitchen - other spices I get having to buy but just having salt and pepper would have been helpful. And would have liked if villa had beach chairs so we didn’t have to rent every day. These things aside it was our favorite rental ever! Truly beautiful - can’t wait to come back!!

Crash Beach is an experience! We had a large family that rented multiple units and we really enjoyed the privacy of the houses and the access to the beach. We stayed a whole week and the restaurant and bar were added bonuses. We had moments of boats or cars playing excessively loud music but not long enough to dampen our overall experience. We will definitely come back again. The vibe is fun and renting jetskis or other toys out front will be memories for a long time for our children and grandchildren. We had a blast.

We loved our time at Crash Boat! The location could not have been better. The beach was amazing - perfect for relaxing, snorkeling, or jumping off the pier. The house has perfect parking and the bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels which was nice. The kitchen was decently equipped and allowed us to prepare breakfast and lunch there and enjoy dinner out. We would definitely stay here again. The only downsides were the mosquitos (a problem likely aggravated by drainage issues of the adjacent public parking lot in the rainy season) and the lack of a/c in the main living areas. The combination of those two meant no opening of windows for a cross breeze. The ceiling fans were a huge help though. We did find some citronella candles at a nearby grocery that helped up be able to enjoy the lovely porch. Thanks for a wonderful week, Blue Sand Collection!

Great Family Vacation

The house was beautiful the location was perfect. Crashboat Beach is a lot of fun. It gets crowded on the weekend but not so much during the week. The water is amazingly clear. Coral was extremely helpful with a couple hiccups and recommended some amazing restaurants for authentic Puerto Rican food.

Amazing Stay

Property was spectacular. Excellent service from the minute we checked-in. Extremely accommodating manager. Kind and helpful cleaning staff. The entire family did not want to leave once it was time to check-out. Locals were very friendly and always wanting to assist in giving directions or suggestions to local eateries. We will definitely return with friends and family. Plans are already in the works... Thank you.

We had a great stay at this rental! The short walk to the beach was fantastic. We enjoyed the local flavor—both the friendly people and the delicious food at the bar and Aguadilla in general. Just keep in mind that the beach is busy, so if you're looking for a quiet spot during the day, this might not be it.A couple of things to note: Non-locals should be made aware that toilet paper cannot be flushed. Also, the kitchen was missing spices, which were listed as an amenity. These were small inconveniences, but worth mentioningOverall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this stay! stay!

Absolutely amazing! Second time we have stayed here! Grocery stores and restaurants are a few miles away. The beach is directly in front of you where you can buy pinchos, pina coladas, rent jet skis, glass bottom boats, paddle boats, umbrellas for shade, etc. Hosts are very responsive. Grill and propane provided. Shower and restroom under the carport. We will be back! Balcony was where we spent most of our time hanging out. Private parking gated.
