There were eight of us, and there was plenty of space in this comfortable house. The stairs are steep, but didn't present a problem to the three-year-old. There were nice touches - a welcoming bottle of wine, tea bags and other basics, plenty of loo roll! The location is great, very close to the beach and all the excellent facilities for children in Littlehampton. I worried that the attic room might be too hot, but it was fine. Keiron and Louise were quick to respond when we needed them. We had a great time, and would definitely consider a repeat visit.

A fantastic town house, suitable for a large group. We were up in the area for a family Birthday party, so a mix of families. The house was well equip, with everything you needed and included a welcome bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. The house has been renovated, is well laid out but the only thing I would say, is that the floor boards are very creaky. Anyone going to the toilet at night, can be heard. The toilets are situation on the second level.I have marked 4 stars for accuracy of listing, purely because there was confusion on the check out time. The cleaner arrived 30mins earlier than we were expecting. She was very nice and left us to it and then came back later.Overall, highly recommend this property.

Fabulous Family Vacation Spot

Seaside House - was just what we need to enjoy our long weekend stay. Lots of space & choice of bedrooms & bathrooms & play-space. Beautifully appointed, well equipped, excellent location, very responsive hosts. Close to the beach, park & fun activities; walking distance to the shops. Everything close at hand. Thank You

Pictures undersold property. Back garden could be more attractive to spend time in. But everything you needed away from home to spend time with friends.

There were some good touches …a bottle of Prosecco ..enough soap,loo rolls etc which have been missing in other places we have stayed in, but it’s not a place for toddlers and two people in their eighties ..,we were a multi generational family .The plumbing needs fixing and there were trailing wires everywhere . We asked where the keys were to open the windows but received no reply.The creaking floor boards could be fixed with a minimum of effort.Plus points were the local Londis which bakes its own bread and the proximity to the sea front . A big minus…not their fault …was a very abusive neighbour from no 11 who tried to stop us parking near the house.

The house is spacious and a convenient location to walk to the beach, mini golf, cafes along the seafront etc. The kitchen has everything you need and we really appreciated the beach equipment in the shed. This is a family holiday home and was a nice place to spend a weekend with friends. As other reviews mentioned, the garden is a bit sad and could be made really nice with not too much effort. Unfortunately during our stay there was a maintenance issue which was quite stressful and made more so because we couldn't reach either of the hosts. We had also not received a reply to a question in advance of the stay, so have rated communication low. Other reviews suggest communicating with hosts was good so perhaps we were unlucky. We had a lovely weekend there with friends but probably won't stay again.

Great stay brilliant location

A fab house perfect for two families and my mum. Lots of space and a nice garden (with ping pong table!). Location brilliant just 5mins walk to beach, crazy golf and miniature train.

Catch up with friends

An excellent place to stay for friends with children or a large family. Large house with plenty of space. Location excellent for the beach. Would highly recommend.

Littlehampton Seaside Holiday House

The house accommodation is very good and location excellent.. However, for very young children the 3 floors with steep stairs and bare wood floors and stairs throughout, increases risk of injury. Parking spaces outside the house are rare, but there are on-street free spaces to be found within a 200 yard circle of the house. The beach is no more than 5 minutes stroll and there is a cafe, mini golf and within walking a funfair in one direction and a very good playground and boating lake in the other direction next to the leisure centre with swimming pool. A Londis and cafe just round the corner. We would go back to the same house if we had another Litt;ehampkton holiday.

Littlehampton stay

House was roomy and comfortable. Close to sea. We didn't spend a lot of time in the immediate vicinity as we were down to see a relative but we all walked along the sea road. Used the well stocked Londis and had lovely vegan sausage bap from the takeaway on the green. Would have loved the time to use the new stylish cafe on the promenade. Only one point was parking as we had 3 cars altogther but mostly found spaces not too faraway, so we managed ok.
