Bedroom #3 features a Queen bed and has a view of the West side of the property and beach. Plantation shutters located on window to keep the room dark while sleeping.

Bedroom #4 features two Twin/Full bunk beds, and can sleep up to 6 people. Plantation shutters located on window to keep the room dark while sleeping.

All bedrooms have their own private bath with showers and smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows from your personal Netflix, Hulu or other streaming service accounts.

An additional twin sized mattress is provided in the master closet for additional sleeping.

USB plugs in the bedrooms make charging your devices convenient.

The Kitchen, Dining and Living room is open concept and has a view of the Gulf and doors that open onto a large covered porch.

Living Room is equipped with a Smart TV for streaming, a DVD player and new seating from Crate and Barrel.

Kitchen features granite counter tops and a breakfast bar with an ice maker. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee Maker, traditional coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot and all dishes and pots/pans/bakewear you could ever need.

Dining Table seats eight, with additonal seating for three at the breakfast bar.

Laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer, sink, ironing board and iron, vaccuum, broom and mop.

Outside you'll find a large covered porch with plenty of seating for watching the waves or relaxing with a good book.

Below the house you'll find a deck with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a charcoal grill, sink area with hot and cold water, picnic table, outdoor seating and water hoses to wash sand off your feet.

Ring doorbell is located at front door and home is accessible via a keypad entry.

Our home is located adjacent to The Beach Club Resort and as members we are able to extend that benefit to our renters. The Beach Club access is available to your entire party for $48 per day, which is paid directly to The Beach Club. Multiple day passes decrease the price per day. The Beach Club has an heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, poolside grill and Tiki Bar, spa and salon, fitness center, locker rooms with steam and sauna, and an arcade.

High Speed Internet is provided....we pay for the fastest speed available in our area (1 Gig)....however please be aware that we are on an island and service can be spotty during high winds and storms.
