Residence: The “EAUX VIVES” Residence is nestled against the small hill between the Allée de la Source Thermal Park and the main avenue of Brides les Bains. For spa guests or skiers, you will be in the heart of the village, 100 meters from the Thermal Establishment and 300 meters from the Olympe cable cars. As soon as the 3 Valleys ski lifts open, a free shuttle takes you to the cable cars.



Accommodation: 2-room apartment, facing North & West, approximately 35 m² for 3 to 4 people on the 1st floor of a small residence without elevator. It has a large north-facing terrace with a view of Parc Thermal and facing Doron. North-facing living room opening onto the terrace with a dining/kitchen area: 1 sofa bed (1 to 2 people), lounge area with television. Renovated kitchen open to the living room equipped with a stove with oven and hotplates, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher and all necessary crockery. BEDS: - En-suite bedroom with access to the exterior facing West: 2 single beds 90 cm (2 people) with storage/cupboards - Living room: a double convertible sofa bed for (1 to 2 people) in 140 cm. SANITARY FACILITIES in the room: Bathroom with shower Separate toilets Wifi internet connection at extra cost (not included). Washing machine (in the room). RENTAL CONDITIONS: SEASONAL OR MONTHLY RENTAL: EDF on statement, laundry, carpet shampooing and dry cleaning billed to tenants.
