NEW BATHROOM REMODEL FOR 2025!! NEW FIRST FLOOR BATHROOM FOR 2025. Cute 3 bed/ 2.5 bath Two story townhome. Stone Harbor is a cute town with lots of shopping and plenty of places to eat. You park your car and can walk everywhere. Close to town and 2 blks to beach. We are located on 98th street between 2nd and 3rd avenue. Second floor Master bedroom has a king bed with own bathroom. Door access leading out to second floor deck to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon sunning or evening cocktail hour. First floor has bedroom with queen bed, and second bedroom with twin bunk beds and queen bed. Outside shower, gas grill. No smoking unit. No pets.
Three bikes included to ride around the island. 8 beach tags included. Central AC and wireless internet. Keyless entry and cleaning service included. Rear unit Parking for 2 cars in front of storage building. Also available for off-season weekend rental in spring and fall. Close to Reeds Hotel for weekend weddings in Spring and Fall. YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN LINENS AND TOWELS.

Quaint Listing Super Close to Downtown Stone Harbor

We enjoyed our stay at this listing which is basically located in downtown Stone Harbor and walking distance to the beach.

Great location

This property is a short walk to the beach and the downtown. It was our first time renting a house and we will be staying here again.

One week stay. Location was perfect with easy walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. We’ve been going to Stone Harbor for most of 40 years and this is the best rental we’ve had. Very good quality upgrades to to appliances, bathrooms and decor. Couldn’t ask for a nicer place.

Great place for a shore getaway

From the cute decor to the location, this is a great place to stay. It is walking distance to everything you could want and has off street parking. The kitchen is well equipped and the it is great to have a fully laundry setup. Peyton was very responsive to my many questions and a great host.

Wedding weekend

We staid here because we had a wedding at the stone harbor yacht club & it was perfect. The location was great, the beds were comfortable & it was a great hangout spot to have between ceremony and reception. Peyton was very nice & communicating was very easy. Thank you for sharing your home!

Convenient, cozy and clean

The location of this property couldn’t be any better. Within a short walk of the beach and all the eateries in town. There is a nice walk out deck attached to the second floor, but it was difficult to find the unobstructed view of the skyline and sunrise or sunset. Might be better to walk down to the beach to see the real thing. The host was responsive and accommodating, and the house was great for the 3 of us (but had room for more!). The property was clean and cozy and we look forward to visiting Shore Harbor again!

Winter Stay for wedding

We were in town for a wedding. The location worked out great as we could walk to the church, the reception and downtown. The place was exactly like we expected and it was very clean. We have a family of 5 so it was nice to have three separate bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, laundry, kitchen and family room area vs being in a hotel suite or a couple hotel rooms. The host was very hospitable, kind and very good at communicating. We highly recommend this home and host. Thank you.

Great for a wedding at the Reeds

My parents and I stayed here along with another bridesmaid and her husband for a friends wedding at the Reeds in Nov. Everything is so close and within a very short walk to the house. Easy keyless checkin/checkout. Plenty of kitchen items to be able to cook at the house. There is parking for 2 cars. As noted you do need to bring your own sheets and towels (I would also recommend bringing extra toilet paper and paper towels). We were able to extend our stay no problem when our plans changed. Comfortable for 6 adults and probably 2 children if we have brought them. Would have loved to stay during peak season to enjoy the beach and bikes.

Wedding weekend

This property was PERFECT for what we needed! My parents, brother and sister in law, myself and my date stayed in this unit for my other brothers wedding last weekend. Perfect size for the 6 of us and the location (in relation to the venue, The Reeds) was unbeatable! I park upon arrival and didn’t touch my car again until check out. Peyton was amazing to work with, was super responsive, and very accommodating! Very impressed overall!!

A great little place

We had a great time! It was nice to have bikes we could utilize and enjoy while we were there. The property make easy access to 96th street and we especially enjoyed the coffee shop being a block and a half away.

Falls Short

The property is in a good location close to the downtown. The picture in the listing looking over the water is misleading the property has no views of water as you are to far from the beach and obstructed to the bay. The property is next door to an Italian restaurant that is busy and the trash is emptied between 6:30 and 8:00 AM and done in multiple stops. The check in process was easy and the property was somewhat clean when we arrived. There were noticeable areas of dust and dirt that were present but overall it was acceptable for being at the beach. Two of the three bedrooms are downstairs next to the living area so if you have young children it can be difficult to put them to sleep and sit in the living room. The overall downstairs is small but livable for a week. We left Friday afternoon and communicated with the owner who was very responsive. When our security deposit was due back we were docked $75 for stains on the couch. We had covered the couches as soon as we arrived and there is really no way to argue otherwise. If you are going to stay I would take pictures of everything when you arrive the owner who seem very reasonable and polite seemed like she was just trying to take money because it was a available. The response we got was that because we didn’t notify her of the stains when we arrived they must have been ours.

So sorry Ryan you felt the need to attack my character because of the charge back on the sofa cleaning. There were 3 other damages I did not charge you for but could have. A simple communication during your stay would have been welcomed and avoided any unnecessary charge backs to you. Good luck in your search for your next rental.
