Condo was very lovely/clean and host was very attentive. View is exquisite for Sunrise and straight ahead views. You should, however, pack things for cooking such as salt/pepper etc. Overall our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed very much

First, we could not open the hall closet door in front of the washer. Second, the washer was noisy. Third, not many glasses and eating utensils.

Loved the indoor pool and hot tub on the colder days, and enjoyed the lazy river and playing on the beach. Room was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The only downside was this location in Orange Beach is not very easy to walk places and getting across traffic with kids during busy traffic hours was not easy.

We enjoyed our stay so much, it was new, clean, and in a great location. We will definitely be back, this room and view were both beautiful.

Great Condo!

Brand new. Nice furniture. Extremely clean. Great complex. Very well maintained and clean. The beach was very clean as well. Only suggestion would be extra blankets. We plan on coming back!

Beautiful Sea-Side Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Excellent communication with the property manager leading up to our trip. The condo itself is beautifully furnished and had great amenities. A very spacious condo which was great as there were 5 of us staying for a girls trip. We did have a rental the full week of our stay, however there is a small strip of stores directly across the street from the condo, as well as other shops and restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend dining at Sea N Suds (amazing oysters and great salad bar), Pink Pony Pub (again, amazing oysters), and The Gulf (great outdoor dining; Instagrammable spot). We enjoyed a fun night at Flor-Bama bar and The Flying Harpoon 2. Something worth mentioning - it was nearly impossible to get an Uber or Lyft during our stay. I assume it was because we were staying in the 'off season' (mid-October) but this is worth mentioning. I do believe there are local taxi services, however we did not use them. We look forward to our next stay!

The pools, lazy river, splash pad, & water slide were perfect for our littles, ages 4-12, and adults. Access to the beach was a short walk with plenty of rinsing off stations along the way. It was easy to rent beach chairs/umbrellas from Ike’s Rental. The real convenience was parking on the 5th level of the parking garage and walking straight into the hallway to our condo. No elevator wait. We will use this Phoenix on future trips to the beach.

Parking was amazing, was able to park on the 5th floor which is where our condo was located. Lazy river was amazing. Kids loved the slide and the pool. Elevators were great, no wait to leave, car was right there, but no wait to go to the pool or beach either, very fast. Would definitely stay again!

Reviewer Comments: To whom it may concern,Our family of 9 left today from our week long vacation, staying in unit 502 at Phoenix Orange Beach II. This was our first time visiting Orange Beach and staying in a Phoenix property. We enjoyed the week and the pool amenities were enjoyed by all. We found the condo to be spacious enough for our family of 9. It was advertised to sleep 12, so we were hopeful it would have plenty of room for us all. Unfortunately there were a few things we found undesirable about this unit, and wish to make those known for your information. You can take this information into consideration and do with it as you wish, but we could not let our stay there be complete without making a few things known. First of all, upon arrival the condo was dirty. In particular the floor was still covered in sand from the previous occupants. While we understand that this is a beach condo and it is impossible to get every last bit of sand off the floor, we would expect that the floor would not be covered. It was impossible to walk on the floor with bare feet and not have the bottoms of your feet black and covered in sand. And this was on the very first day. The floors definitely needed much more attention than they were given.Secondly, the garbage disposal was clogged with food items from the previous occupants which we had to dig out in order to do dishes after cooking in the condo. This was quite disgusting, but simply turning the faucet on and seeing that the water doesn't drain on that side of the sink would have shown a cleaning person the issue there. Next, the condo was advertised as being "well stocked." There were only a few towels (so few that we had to wash towels every time we showered) and one dish towel and one dish rag. For a condo set up for "12 people" this is far from well stocked. Lastly, the sheets on the beds were stained and very questionable in regard to cleanliness. One of the sheets even had blood stains. This made it hard to r

Fabulous Family Vacation

Our 7 grand kids loved running from the lazy river, to the indoor pool and out to the beach. The slide at the outdoor pool was the biggest hit for all 7. The condo was clean with plenty of space for gathering in the evenings. We prepared all meals in the evening. The balcony is an extra room in itself. Definitely plan to book for our family vacation next year!

Great for extended family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for one week with 6 adults (2 couples, 2 singles) and 1 child. Appreciated that the unit was easily accessible from the 5th floor of the parking ramp. Plenty of seating for everyone. Plan to drive almost everywhere - there aren’t many shops or restaurants within walking distance and the area is not pedestrian friendly. The kitchen was well-equipped with both a regular coffee maker and single cup brewer. Good variety of cookware, but if you plan to make eggs for breakfast you may want to bring your own nonstick skillet. Also plan to bring or buy dishwasher detergent, a sponge or cloth to scrub dishes, hot pads, kitchen towels, kitchen trash bags, and bathroom tissue. We were running the dishwasher after almost every meal.Would also recommend wearing footwear at all times. The floor was not very clean and we all had black feet/socks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 6 adults staying in this condo - overall the experience was great. Love the balcony furniture. This condo looks awesome but is lacking useful items - had no potholders or oven mitts. Needed cups/glasses that were full size. Basically enough wash cloths for 1 person (had to wash everyday). Refrigerator broke the last 3 days we were there - we are getting some compensation for ruined food. Walk barefooted and feet will be black (must wash before bed).
