Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage in der 3. Etage mit direktem Blick auf den Lazy River am Phoenix Orange Beach und einem unglaublichen Panoramablick auf den Golf! Vermeiden Sie die Aufzüge und parken Sie auf der gleichen Etage wie die Wohnung! Wir haben auch ein schlüsselloses Haustürschloss, so dass Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht mit Schlüsseln auf dem Laufenden bleiben müssen! Vom Balkon oder durch die raumhohen Fenster im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer genießen Sie einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf. Mit über 1.750 m² ist das Gerät sehr geräumig, neu möbliert und neu auf dem Mietmarkt!

Die Ausstattung dieser Wohnung in Phoenix Orange Beach ist reichlich: Das Gerät ist mit Geräten in voller Größe, Wet Bar mit Eismaschine, Küche mit hochwertigen Geräten sowie einer Cuisinart Kaffeemaschine, Keurig und Lenox China, 65 "-Flachbild-HDTV im Wohnzimmer und ausgestattet Ein 55-Zoll-HD-Flachbildfernseher im Master und ein 55-Zoll-Smart-Fernseher im 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer, Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Master und zwei Queensize-Betten im 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer für bis zu 10 Personen.

Golf trip

This was our group’s second time staying in the condo. Condo was not as clean as it had been on our first visit last October. Furniture had not been dusted and there was black mold in the master bath. Simple repairs had not been made…ie a pull on a dresser drawer in the master bedroom had not been installed. The condo is well equipped and is in an excellent location.

The only suggestion I can think of would be to have complimentary beach towels in the units. We will definitely return in the future.

Great time, even with Francine

Property was as advertised, 3 large rooms and roomy living area with plenty of seating. Great view of Lazy river below and the Ocean. A few cloudy days which were even better than the sunny ones, still enjoyed the beach with chair rentals. Kids loved it as well as adults. Also great places to eat all around Orange Beach.

Great Location on Orange Beach

The parking garage is convenient because you can park on the 3rd level and be right next to the condo. The condo was nice overall. There were a few little things, but they were small and we didn't call about them. There were a few lights out and the ice machine had a bad smell. But the smell went away when I ran a cleaning cycle and we didn't use it anyway, so we didn't want to mess with having them look at it. Overall very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed it.

Reviewer Comments: It was good, but there was a lot of foot traffic through building and onto beach. These people were non-guests and used garage and building as access to beach. Not that big of a deal but I paid a lot of money to stay. I understand the use for wristbands but there could be a different way for identifying guests. Someone brought garbage and disposed down garbage shoot like they were supposed to. However, garbage bag leaked something sticky all the way down hall. It was on the floor my whole last week.

Excellent!

We loved everything about this property, from the moment we walked in, it was a dream. On-site, covered parking steps away from the unit was fantastic. Every employee we encountered at the property was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and so spacious! Our kids enjoyed the TVs and wifi during downtime and they loved sitting out on the balcony with us to eat and watch the sunset. Beach access was convenient, and the lazy river and indoor pool were a great way to enjoy the water while taking a break from the sun. We could not have asked for more!
